Bob’s Giants Burgers never disappointed before, but lately their burgers are just too soggy. The sauce is made too watery, my burger wrapper is drenched with watery sauce. Not how I want to enjoy a good burger. Also, they screwed up my order and added an extra burger I did NOT order. When I arrived to pick up, I said I was there for 2 burgers & an order of fries. I thought it was pricey when I paid, but I didn’t question it (my fault)….when I got home to devour our burgers….we found an extra one (besides the soggy burgers disappointment). I called to let them know, but the gal who answered the phone was not very well versed with good customer service at all. I will not be returning any time soon.
The service was great and she was patient. The food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend this place the burgers are big. I got a double cheeseburger and it's so filling. Cheese was melted and the meat is good . I'm definitely coming again.my kids got cheeseburgers the loved them. My wife got a lettuce wrap and she like it. I'm coming again but next time in store experience.
My 1st delivery order, I made mistake in picking wrong delivery co. But the owner delivered the meal in minutes... OUTSTANDING !I'm a creature of habit...I get the same each time... juicy dbl cheeseburger w fresh thick onion nd tomato....PURE HEAVEN FOLKS. And hot, fresh, thick fries.QUALITY FOOD - FAIR PRICES - FAST SERVICE !
Ive been 3 times and the food is just boring. Its always fresh and hot with good quality toppings. Maybe salt or some onion powder. Well seasoned beef goes a long way.
There was three of us we have mentioned that it was our first time there. And the cashier let us know everything she was well experienced and pleasant great customer service she had only been there for 2 weeks and we thought she had been there for several years food was delicious we'll definitely go back.
Having recently moved to Modesto, I feel like I've struck gold in discovering this little gem! I have a deep appreciation for a GOOD burger, and Bob's Giant Burgers is absolutely fantastic!! Hands down, one of the best burger joints I've ever been to, and it's quickly becoming one of our favorite eats in Modesto! To top it off, you really can't beat the pricing! It doesn't cost much more than going to McDonald's, and the food is leaps and bounds better!!! Give them a try! You won't regret it.
Best burger I have had since I moved here from Oklahoma! If you want a good old fashioned juicy burger this is the place to get one. Their garlic fries are amazing too. You've earned a loyal customer as long as I'm here.
I liked the interior of the building. It's very friendly, and inviting. Decorated with pictures of old cars, mostly. The food is pretty good. You get generous portions of food. The burgers are quite big and delicious. Unlike most burger places, each burger and fries order is individually bagged up in a paper bag and then put together in a plastic bag very nice. I would recommend Bob's to my friends and family. Nice job Bob's Giant Burgers.
Took me back to 80s/90s Los Angeles burger joints. Awesome burger. Everything was on point for all 3 of us who ate. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in town again
Found this place on Google and was well worth it. The staff were very courtious. Burgers were bomb. I like that they left plenty of napkins too. We will return here again.
