I came in today 2/15/2022 at around 7:40pm and I had ordered a cone with double scoop ice cream and when the girl handed it to me and I bent down to give it to my daughter the scoops had fallen so I asked if there was any way I can get those scoops again because they had fallen and she said she still had to charge me for it. Which is absolutely ridiculous because I had contacted another store and asked if my scoops had fallen inside the store would they give me the scoops again and they said yes at no charge. So im not sure if thats not the policy here or what but the girl was rude and I didn’t agree with being charged for the ice cream scoops. There was two girls, one with a short haircut while the other girl the one who charged me was the one with eyelash extensions. Will not be returning to this Baskin Robin and I don’t recommend anyone else to go because they will charge you for scoops that fell right inside the store regardless.

Love the ice cream here. You do need to specify exactly how you want two flavors mixed if it's anything but a milkshake, but that's fine to me.
Had milkshakes girl must have been new didnt know how to make milkshake. Was really watery

Horrible customer service- dead tonight- went in 3 workers none even wanted help us- ignored us for 5 minutes. Finally one helped us- milkshake wasn’t even thick tasted like milk only. None wore masks and our server kept touching her face- she was doing inventory so I assume she was manager. Girl in pink ignored us as she did dishes and girl in blue ignored us until someone else came in to help them. Need better training- “I’ll be right with you” goes along way.

We stop by today and I order a butter pecan and vanilla two scoops for each one and I go to pay and she says $10.58 Iam thinking this ice cream must be really good and let me tell you the ice cream did not have any flavor it and it tasted really bad last time I go there . And the price is crazy ?
