Sad customer service.Gave my family the wrong ice cream. Only gave me a $1 discount for there mistake. I couldn't replace it because they had close already. I like the one on McHenry better. Most places would've replaced my purchase with a free one or at least half.
Everything was good it was just the customer service was horrible one girl there had just the worst attitude and act like we was bothering her.
Took forever for this employee to cash meOut and i was also taking care of my son and make sure he doesn’t make a mess and i dropped my ice cream by accident. And the employee did not even offer me to get another scoop that i am willing to pay for me wasted $11 with this inexperienced employee
When we've come to this location multiple times in the past and its always been great service. Tonight you guys had a new guy in training who was actively trying to do a good job and continously asked questions to his fellow coworker. He said hi to us when we came in- she didn't. This brunette coworker seemed extremely annoyed and "over it" because she was working. She continously leaned against the counter with her hands crossed and only spoke if the new guy asked a question until she realized my boyfriend also wanted ice cream then started to help him. The amount of ice cream I got from the new guy versus the miniscule ice cream scoops she gave my boyfriend was really upsetting. I get everyone has bad days, but when you actively have attitude and look THAT upset in front of customers and decide to give them poor quality of service, its not ok. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the guy did a great job even being new.There were two girls working. The one I'm referring too is the young white brunette with the "keep it wild" tattoo across her left arm.
Says they are open to 10, arrived at 9:05 to a closed store...
Everything is delicious
Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. I will be back with my friends. The bill was reasonable I would say. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I liked.
