I have never seen such fast service at a fast food restaurant. The staff was listening to orders coming in and had some of them done as soon as it was paid for. The Manager was working with the staff and seemed to have everything on lock down. He was extremely fast and kind! I sat and watched the staff work really hard on their orders while I was there. I was just passing through the town but I would make a point to go back to that specific Arby's just because of that visit. So impressed...
I've been waiting to come here. Since COVID started... What a Disappointed... Ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich and Fry's... Everything Seemed Cold.. I lived in San Jose.. I use to go to Arby's on Stevens Creek Blvd. San Jose... Been Year's Since I've been to Arby's... This Arby's here in Modesto.. is Terrible Food... I Won't Be Back... Everything there Seemed Outdated... Just no Pride of Ownership...
Foods good and prices aren't bad, could use a little better customer service though.
It's sad that they no longer have potato cakes! But I still love the basic beef and cheddar, horsey sauce, and Jamocha shakes.
What I wish were different.. price, specials that are not available but advertised at the order poor working app..I like to know what I'm going to get and the price without hearing they're out of something at least half the times I go to the ones in my town. This won't keep me from going there though because they do have the meats..they're not kidding about that. And they serve delicious sauces , lean generous portions of meattasty cheeses, yummy shakes and fruit pastries with thin baklava type crispy crust, huge heavily loaded chocolate chip cookies which they will quickly and cheerfully warm for you. They have great just plain roast beef sandwiches piled high with lean meat in a fresh soft bun with one or more of their really yummy sauces. The most popular ones are the barbecue and the horsey horseradish sauces. They seem to have a lot of new sandwiches throughout the year.. all great like their chicken salad with pecans and grapes on soft herb bread and their brisket with bacon and so many meaty big sandwiches that remind me of Texas bar b que I had when I lived in Houston. Arby's isn't inexpensive, but the prices are fair because the quality and quantity is always on point. I love their shakes too.. better than most fast food shakes but often not available. Still I can't give less than 5 stars because it's fast, it's so good, and it's fairly priced.. great food without paying for a wait person or fancy surroundings. There's lots of indoor seating and self serve sauce packets and drinks plus roomy clean restrooms. In summation...lots of parking right out front and along the sides, no need to dress up, clean inside and out, I wish there were one closer to me.the one in Modesto on Standiford stays open really late I think..covid could have changed that, but you can call and get a real person,so that's great.Bottom line... Don't go expecting rock bottom prices, but do know you will be happy with your food! Don't forgo the desserts and /or shakes if you like that stuff. Mmmm
Fish sandwiches are ok but McDonald's are still my favorite. And they didn't mention they had a two for 6 special today !I could of got two for 6.
The food was good but, I ordered a 1/2 pound combo, The other Combo I stated to be a Regular size with reggae is with regular meat size, I thought it seemed a little pricey but I thought it's hard to tell nowadays because of the cost of everything going up , Wasn't until I opened up both sandwiches and saw they were both half pounders, Way too much food for me to eat, And the extra cost was a waste.
I took my friend there and she was a little extra Im happy to say that the staff handled it well and was patient Im not sure I would have been as nice as they were.
Hadn't been to Arby's in years, but was pleased it was as I remembered it. Good food, staff was great, what more can you ask?
I kind of dislike Arby's. I at there today and was kind of surprised. It was a really good fast food meal .
