if I could write this a zero stars I would. me and my friends went in to ask for job applications and when we asked they roll their eyes at us. your blonde employee and brown haired teenagers are rude
Customer service was somewhat abrupt despite the unique situation. The woman who seemed to be a supervisor, was wearing her mask below her lips and not particularly engaging for full service. Male trainee said very little to the customers he was helping. Some room for improvement
Yogurtland is a frozen yogurt and self-serve experience that now has milkshakes. Such amazing customer service that one of the workers there became good friends with me within a week! They always have a new event--International Frozen Yogurt Day: Buy one get one freeFree Yogurt Day: Who doesn't want free yogurt?$200= Unlimited: If you spend $200 or more on yogurt in a year, you will get free unlimited yogurt--and you can stack the yogurt as high as you want and put on as many toppings as you want-- as in stack it to the clouds!Yogurtland has many yogurt varieties. Such as: Chocolate, Vanilla, Latte, Velvet Cupcake Batter (my personal favorite), Strawberry, Birthday Cake Batter, Madagascar Vanilla, Rocket Pop, Love Potion, and Coffee Chocolate. These are just some of the flavors. The Milkshake flavors are only Chocolate and Vanilla for now, but I'm sure in the future they will make more.Yogurtland also has a major variety of toppings such as: Many fruits, Cookie Dough, marshmallows, popping boba, waffle cones, M&M's, pretzel mixes, gummy worms and bears, Reese's Pieces, LOTS of other candy, brownies, marshmallow paste (like syrup), hardening chocolate, chocolate syrup, honey and so much more!!If you want to make friends, eat low calorie junk food, and not spend much, come here!!(Edited) THIS PLACE HAS GOTTEN INSANELY EXPENSIVE. I don't come here anymore...EVER. Their milkshakes used to be $3, now they are $5. And I havnt been there in a long time so who knows how much they are now! I changed my review to 2 stars because I can't go there anyway!
My lovely wife asked me to pick her up something sweet to eat. I was in the area so I stopped at Yogurtland. They have a great slection of different flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings. They have a counter full of cut up fresh fruit and different kinds of candy to put on top. I got half strawberry and half vanilla bean. I put white chocolate chips and chocolate covered raisins on top with a generous squeeze of Ghirardelli caramel sauce. The lady working was friendly and had a big smile when she saw what I had made. When I got home my wife gave me a big kiss for getting her such a wonderful frozen treat.
Got here at 11:42 on a Saturday night and they were already closed! Really disappointing. Not the first time that’s happened at this location either.
