Decided to order lunch from this location through the mobile. Was an accident as I meant to order from the one on Alton Pkwy but whatever. Got there and the drive through line was nearly wrapped around the building. Okay, no problem. I’ll go inside to grab my order. That was mistake number 2. Not only was it lunch time for the working folks but it was lunch for the high schoolers as well. Cool, whatever. I can ignore them. Wait in line, tell the cashier the situation and they said “it’s busy but we will get that for you as quick as we can.” Okay cool. Waited for THIRTY MINUTES for my order. There was a gentleman who walked in and placed an order roughly 10 minutes after I did and he got his order before my order was even started. Stepped up to the counter to see how much longer it would be and the cashier decided to catch an attitude with me. I’ve been in their shoes. I’ve worked fast food at peak times so I get it. They’re stressed and overworked but NEVER would I ever tell a customer that “it’s busy, you should have thought about that when you placed your order.” I just wanted my lunch. That’s all.
They always forget something. Even as little as a side of Avocado ranch that they charge for.
Fast drive thru with good food and fair quantities unlike some. Friendly staff and very clean

I have gone to this Taco Bell twice later at night and never ordered more than 3 things… they have messed up my order twice. Last nine they forgot to give me a side of chips along with mild sauce and tonight the forgot to give me another taco and my extra side of cheese!!! I’m so mad
Always messes up orders! My order was messed up again and I even did it online. Manager extremely unhelpful
Waited for 12 minutes at the drive through window for my mobile order. Not only was this horribly slow, I get home and I'm missing items..... waste of money and now my time to go back.. I will NOT be going back to this Taco Bell. Very dissatisfied for a company owned store.
Fast and got order right
Got here no one wanted to take our order instead they point us to the kiosk. After that 20 minute wait for the food. Loud gossip and cursing in Spanish. Nope this place should be closed
