I've been to this Taco Bell twice and both times the experience has been less than pleasant. Don't know if its lack of staffing but my last visit was through the Drive-thru, it literally took 14 minutes from start to finish. Staff was nice and order was correct after all that.

Drove over to this Taco Bell on the Sunday of the 49ers Rams game. We were ordering food before the football game. No customers in the restaurant and no cars in the drive-thru. Started to order then told during the order to "Hold on". Total silence for one minute 10 seconds. I had to ask them "What's going on in there?!?" The person doesn't tell me what is going on so I told him to cancel my order. As I drive up to the drive-thru window I stop and ask for the store manager. The drive-thru guy says he's the manager. I ask him if he thinks that a customer should wait to place a drive-thru order? His response..."It's only a minute and 10 seconds!". What an unbelievable dank answer!!! The drive-thru is always designed for FAST ORDERING no delays. No wonder this store has few customers.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would The food was good the service was horrible the manager who made our food wrong does not belong in the customer service industry. She is everything that is wrong with fast food And restaurant work in general and and she needs to find a new job where she does not have to interact with people

Dining room closed on a Sunday around noon and sporadically randomly open and closed. If your excuse is that you don’t have enough employees to work the store, here’s a crazy idea, maybe offer a fair wage and you’ll attract more hires.

Pricing is different on the drive thru display. There was a $2 difference on the on box ordered. The price was displayed as $6.99 BOTH online and at drive thru, and then we were asked $8.99. The excuse was "we are a franchise". Horrible Service; Slow Service; Mess-up Orders, Cold Food.I have to say, the workforce of today is nothing compared that was 15, 20, 30, 40 yrs ago. This generation of workers are the most ENTITLED one, and will the poorest work ethics. How can an individual thinks that he or she is entitled to a higher wage, when their work ethics and skills falls short?Who ever the owner of this Taco Bell franchise is; you better get your but into the store and fix up the service and food; otherwise you will be out of business soon.
