DO NOT EAT HERE!My family used to come here frequently, but ever since the pandemic, they've raised their prices significantly. By itself, this wouldn't be a problem. I know how hard the pandemic has been on food businesses. But their portion sizes have become insultingly small, so much so that my dad made a comment about it to the owner. My dad's tone was not confrontational in the slightest. He did not demand more food, and in fact said it on our way out. But this guy starts yelling at him, "PORTION SIZES STILL THE SAME, SIR! PORTION SIZES STILL THE SAME!" When my dad tells him to calm down, the guy starts hurling curse words at him, and then at my younger brother and me.Please do not give this restaurant any business, at least until they get rid of this man. There are PLENTY of better Mediterranean restaurants, both price and flavor-wise. Go to Greek Bistro instead.
Food is delicious and quick, friendly service. The owner treats customers well. Definitely will come back with friends and family. Also, as a military spouse, thank you for the respect you showed our service members.
Dude with tattoos so rude and grumpy.. bad customer service.. one dimensioned and acts like a robot.. prolly hates his life so much. He needs rehab.. and from reading more reviews I can confirm with my personal experience as a therapist.. he definitely needs rehab.. he prolly dropped his soap in jail and god knows what happened and that’s maybe why he got this attitude.. also I saw him be rude to other people as well. Food was cold and soggy.. very nasty place.. I love gyros and thought I’d try this place out.. but honestly it’s so far from real gyros.. I’m middle eastern and I know what I’m talking about..
This place is amazing! The beer is so cold! My favorite is the traditional gyro, I like to order the my big fat one so I can get more meat.My wife loves the so cal salad and she ads chicken to it. We started to order to go but they have a little patio outside that you can seat.How would you not like a restaurant that that reserve a table for the fallen soldier.Thank you for surviving the pandemic! We always come here.

(NOT the kitchen) just the customer areas that I experienced. They might pass their health dept test, but clean a counter/table/floor surface once in a while. Yucky.Food is just OK. Falafel was too large, dry and undercooked so it just crumbled. (I am aware how to make fresh falafel, these were just massive pucks of underfried garbanzo beans with no seasoning)Not a nice experience. After so many attempts for it to be better I give up. And won’t be returning. (Any owner that can’t take a bad review also needs to rethink owning a business or at least rethink responding to public facing avenues).
Food came out cold and not on time. One of the employees was also very rude to me when I asked if I could order something else instead. I won’t be coming back. I recommend others don’t waste their time or money on this place.
First, this review is not for food good or bad, only for the staff. So rude, impatience, disrespectful, discriminatory to the delivery driver. Everyone can check out the 1 star reviews, you gonna find an interesting thing, all bad reviews say the same thing is the rude staff lol. So why all driver say the staff rude, all fault are from driver side? Think about this. If you so hate delivery driver, why not close the door dash or Ubereats. If you wanna try something “rude”, this place will be the “5 star” place.
10/10 everything I get here tastes so good and is made to order. Recently tried a different side and tried their fries which were amazing. Way better than the fried you get at a fast food place like McDonald's or innout. Gyros here are amazing and worth every penny and bite. Staff is friendly and helpful. They make suggestions and genuinely want you to have a great meal. Fully support this place. It didn't go down hill in quality like other places as time goes on. I've been going here so long and I'm always glad I can rely on getting a good lunch or dinner here for a fair price. ?
The food here is pretty good, however, the owners are so rude. Nico treated me horrible after I didn’t know my number that wasn’t printed on my receipt , then continued to be a jerk to the cashier. I won’t go back
I tried this local Greek place with a dose of caution after hearing the service was bad. Turns out my friends were right. The staff is rude and could care less about treating customers fairly. The man who was working that day has an attitude that borders on racism, from his remarks when I asked him to wear his mask while he prepared my food. Even without COVID kitchen staff should wear a mask, especially at a customer request, but he just refused and scowled. He also insulted me when I asked for an extra plate and napkins by his sarcasm. So rude…don’t need this place here in Mission Viejo! After reading some reviews on TA and Yelp I can tell this place and the owner have some serious issues. When a place has such a poor reputation, as shown by authentic negative reviews, then gets served up with what are clearly fabricated 5 star reviews, something’s up. The owner spends literally HOURS defending herself and the restaurant and gets very defensive, even threatening at times. Very unprofessional.
