I couldn’t believe it but now days the kids are just brats. Not all but just saying. Finally the other worker next to him took over & said “I’m so sorry about that, we will make you a new sandwich “. I said “thank you”! I just asked to replace the vegetables! My goodness! I appreciated that the other worker apologized & had good customer service. That’s exactly how Semaj or Semal should have handled it. I’m not going back to this subway!
We live right across the street (El Toro Rd.) and this has always been our go-to location. The owner was not willing to help with my attempt to use the app.- special even though the app. kept locking-up my phone. So I went to a location on Alicia Pkwy. that gave me a discount ant two very delicious foot-longs.
The staff here is excellent!! Very friendly and make a great sandwich. I pass several other Subway shops but prefer to come here. Great job??

Like most Subways, good food, pretty clean. Just wish when you order through the app and pay for it that the restaurant would actually get it. However, they do honor it with proof of payment, but still have to wait for it to be made.
