I've been coming hear almost daily for years. Very quiet location. Friendly and warm staff. Always clean. High-tech soda machine. Recently refurbished and looks nice. Bruno and Enrique run the store really well. One of the best kept secrets in MV, as it's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall.
They discriminated against me due to a medical condition that I have. They refused to serve me and told me that my kind weren't welcomed here. So I went down the street to eat at Rubios (way better food anyways). I've been going to subway a few times every month especially during baseball season and using them for catering options. Never had a problem until today. Never going back again.
Staff was very rude and short tempered with me. I'm an elderly person who is hearing impaired, and staff made fun of me when I repeated myself. Very disappointed that staff is not better trained in customer service.
Workers were very disrespectful against my morals and rights as a person. Would not serve me and made me leave. Will never go to another subway again!
I was denied service because I didn’t want to wear a mask…if the masks work then what difference does it make to you if you wear one and I don’t?
