Baristas are friendly but this place is very dirty, I had to ask for a towel to clean my table and there were straw wrappers all over the floor. Not an ideal place to work either, especially if you're going to take a meeting. The music is so loud it gave me a headache. I politely requested for it to be turned down, they couldn't figure out how to.
Regular stop with my gkids after school. It's often PACKED with high school girls after 3pm!! They are seriously loud.
Grew up in this neighborhood since 1995. Used to know this shop as a Deidrichs and never had an issue. I don't know what happened here, but the last handful of orders have been a complete mess up. The guy in the morning is at least accommodating when there's an issue but Emily was a real negative encounter. I'll take my business elsewhere if this is the type of person Starbucks hires.
It was a bit unorganized. The young man working at the mobile order station was a little off his game . Waiting a long time for order . And other issues .
" IM SORRY ABOUT THAT" IS NOT AND CANNOT BE AN ESCUSE FOR POOR MANAGEMENT. NOR MANAGING A BUSINESS LIKE YOU ARE COLLEGE CAMPUS.I have to say that someone that has been going to Starbucks for the past 20 years, and that has visited over 100 Starbucks locations in the US and overseas (including third world countries.This Starbucks by far has the worst management I ever encountered. The manager at this location has no business whatsoever in managing a For Profit business.Her/his relationship with the employees is not a Manager-Employee relationship as it should be, rather a Friend-Friend relationship.Here is why: (1) 4 out of 10 orders (regardless if it is mobile or in-house order) are wrong, the consequence of this is that Labor, Material, and Product went to waste, either given away for free or to the waste basket.(2) 5 out of 10 products ordered through the Mobile app or in-house are not available, the worst part of this, the consumer only finds out when it comes to pick up the order (Please, do not tell me that Sprinkelrs, Syrupe and or food are stucked in the cargo ships out of LA and Long Beach Ports - Very Disappointed).(3) The bathroom is not properly supplied nor clean. (4) This location is not properly supplied with products, such as sandwiches, and drink items, they always run-out of it.(5) about 2 weeks ago, this property runned out of coffee cups, and lids, however, they had enough to build their Christmas tree (see attached).My recommendation for those who have no time to waste, order your drinks and food from the Los Olivos Starbucks, as that one I know for a fact that a well managed location.

Coffee and food we're good. Friendly staff but the place is filthy. No one wipes tables or counters, bathroom dirty. Was not that busy either.
Always friendly staff who gets orders right.
Great place to chill with friends after school.
