First off a 5 star ratings for Kelly the pleasant friendly middle aged lady who took care of my order, she was awesome and I should know awesome customer service, One of my jobs was as a secret shopper at stores hotels and restaurants in NYC, also I was in the hospitality industry for years. But I must give a 1 star for the coffee. Why oh why has Starbucks not put back the milk and sugar back where people can make their own adjustments to their own coffee? My iced coffee was practically white with cream. This has happened 3 different times at three different Starbucks. Its too much trouble to have to wait to ask for another one. Starbucks sucks
Had to wait 20 mins for a Venti iced tea, with my hyperactive autistic son waiting in the store. The workers were chatting and gossiping instead of working. Then they made my tea wrong, added sweetener. Less talking, more working, please. one of the workers was also spraying bathroom cleaner all over the drink area, very sloppily, not a good look.Please be more mindful of the professionalism and efficiency of the staff you hire.
I went there for a business meeting. Good Coffee and strong Wi-Fi signal.
Great location! The staff are welcoming and courteous.Did I mention the location, great spot and a nice patio facing west with sunlight at all the right times.My only issue... the patio is generally pretty messy. Doesn't matter the day off the week or time of day the tables don't ever seem to be cleaned. Inside seems on point, but I come for the coffee and the sunshine.Anyhow. Great people. Starbucks coffee.Highly recommend the location but the patio area could use some attention :)

If I had to describe Starbucks in two words it would be bacon gouda.
Great staff, very friendly. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Best sandwiches.
The barista was pretty fast working to get all the orders quick. Customer Service was very good.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!Starbucks is so great because of their consistency no matter where you go the drinks taste the same. Ordered a Peach Green Tea Lemondae and tasted Nasty - could not even drink.Inquired about how it was made and seems like the girl got offended, I order atleast 4 of these drinks a week it was not made properly, but to get offended and cold shoulder for your error is just terrible customer service.Will go to the other Starbuck 4 miles away. Disappointed!!!!!!
