They stopped having Malts, I use to order the hot fudge malt, Omg so good and they still gave it as a shake, but it’s just not the same! Anyway I haven’t gone back because of it, until my husband and I got T-Mobile deals, for a free drink with purchase, so we went. We both did mobile orders, so they were separate, My husband put in his stall # to get his order and then I did, but we both couldn’t get our orders at the same time, and we tried telling the guy and he was like I’m confused! What is there to be confused about two mobile order at the same stall#! Ok that was the first thing, 2nd: my husband didn’t get any sauce with his chicken tenders and I ordered the Texas toast bacon burger that was supposed to have an onion ring on it, which is why I ordered it in the first place! Third: I also I ordered a diet Cherry lime, one it wasn’t diet, two it had no lime and it was only cherry, but free is free, so we didn’t complain at the time, which is why I have 4 stars instead of 3, but in saying that they need to step it up for me to go back, because I have always loved Sonic!
What a joke! The kids don't care & just want to be paid for being there....no work ethic! They close early, break down the shake machine & repeatedly say it's not working!! SURE!! You're rarely given your change, especially coins....."oh, we're having a shortage"!! HIre some responsible employees that need to work & take pride on their job, please!
Come here pretty often because my kid loves the corn dogs. Usually slow and most of the time they forget part of the order. Otherwise it’s fast food. The hot dog menu is unique and the Chicago dogs aren’t bad.
Visit: Sat. Jan. 22nd, 2022 - middayMaybe it was an off day for them!!! Not only the food was bad, but the entire experience was strange! I almost wanted to call the cops and tell them that I believe they are being robbed!!!First, I had to pay cash. I guess his machine was not working. The attendant's behavior and the way he asked for cash reeked of "I have a gun against my head". Ok, I gave him the exact change. Then he asks for 10c more !?!? Ok, fine I gave it to him. Then he goes to his register and comes back and gives me the 10c back!!! Huh?!Then I asked him for mustard sauce for the chicken popcorn. First he acts as if he has never heard the name "mustard"! Then after my explanation of "mustard sauce for the popcorn" he hands me regular mustard packages!!!??!!Then comes the burgers...holly hell...the meat is barely warm, onion smells like it was sitting there for a couple of days, and the lettuce parts are rubbery. The chicken popcorn was waaayyy too salty. SMFH...I wanted to go back and yell, but...f... it. We threw the burgers away and went next door to popeyes!
Consistently giving me the wrong order and twice through doordash. It's pretty ridiculous considering they're paid more than a pharmacy tech. Pretty disgraceful
I like the way this restaurant works. Although it doesn't have a sitting area, they have a very good service abd the display shows you the status of the order. The food is delicious too
Attitude is what you get if you come here. Salty chilli dogs are served when you get the Coney island combo. Asked for onions you get stoned like a brick wall from their team.Soggy tater tots is what served if you decide to come here. Flies in your sprite are the free toppings when you order a sofa here. Rude customers is what you deal with when you try to leave their parking lot.
This sonic is usually pretty good with getting my complicated drink orders made correctly. Other locations I get very mixed results...
Cheeseburger and ? were good. Fresh and hot.
Been here 2xs and each time terrible. The stalls never seem to work. I know fast food hires teens, but feel like it's just break time/party time for them.
