I had dinner here 3 times. The 1st time I would give 3 stars and the next 2 visits a generous 2 stars. We arrived sat down and we're told we had to wait for the water to arrive. The second time good food and poor service. The third time we sat at the bar to avoid poor service ended up having a drink and an appetizer then left because of the lengthy wait to get it. The food was good all 3 times.
Excellent service from the very beginning. Hostess was extremely welcoming. Waiter provided great service throughout meal. Food at San Juan location is better. Not sure if they use different recipes or just different chefs. But could definitely taste the difference in flavor. Would return to the San Juan location over this one for that reason. Otherwise great experience overall.
Service was really poor. Waited a really long time for drink refills, barely saw our waiter, drinks from the bar came out slowly and one was wrong, etc. We were pretty sure most of the problems were due to our waiter but not 100% sure.The food itself also pretty average despite the high prices. Nothing bad but also nothing great.Overall, we have no intention of going back.
We went there for Mother's Day! Worst service ever. It was so bad we didn't even leave a tip. We were our own bartender, We took up our own check and took it to the bar. We could have walked out without paying and they would not have noticed. Thank goodness for Great company. Never this location again.
don’t ever write reviews, but my friends and I have been here twice to eat and both time the waiters were extremely rude. They didn’t give us knives presumably because they thought we were to young being the only group that isn’t old white men, keep in mind we are all over 18. The second time here, we caught the waiters pointing and looking at us multiple times. One waiter was hovering as if we were going to steal something. up until this point we still haven’t received our food finally we get our meals and it’s all cold. a 200 dollar bill for cold overpriced food? this combined with the terrible service made for a bad night. thanks agave.
They always serve very well, good service. exquisite food. I will always return, their menu is somewhat varied.
First time here and won’t be the last . Authentic Mexican food and great staff willing to do the extra mile to make you smile
Dessert was fabulous!! Tortilla soup you must try.
Not a fan. Mediocre food at best and overpriced.
