Can't get an order right if their lives depended on it. Waited forever too. Too bad because we could've given a good review on the one thing that was good.
First time trying out the food here, everything tasted so delicious and fresh. Big juicy hamburger and smash fries are the best fries I’ve ever had
I love Smashburger, especially Miguel, he's a great worker and made great food and helped me very much. Sweet cashier as well. I really loved the buzzy thing so I could go do some other things and then come back for my food!
I went to get takeout and when I got home saw hair in my food. I feel like if you're paying $15 just for a burger alone and nothing else this shouldn't happen. Ended up throwing this away and don't feel like driving all the way back to get this fixed. I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like the staff should be a lot more careful to prevent this from happening.
WAY overpriced. I got a single deluxe combo, it had 1 wilted leaf of lettuce, way too much onion, fries n a drink for around $12. Then I added a vanilla shake and that alone was $6....entire bill was 18 and change. Its a decent burger and the shake was good, but not worth near 20 bucks!
I love this place cause I was one of the workers at PF CHANG I work as a dishwasher and I love all my supervisors and my co workers.
Super delicious. There is no where else that makes a burger of this style and quality. So delectably delicious !!!
I like this place! They offer decent meals, they have a rich menu, The chef in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I love a lot eating all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the guests is efficient. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.
The food tastes good. That’s if your Oder is right and not missing most of its contents! Each time I order from the Mission Viejo store, I only receive half of the fries or haystack onions. Watch your orders people. Not to mention the price of delivery. This fee that fee. We only want our food and to stay safe.
