This was my first shabu shabu experience and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and surprising. It is not cheap, but for a reason, you won't regret eating here.

Loved it. Poor kaleidescope, I think this place is holding down the fort. Delicious food and great staff. Ponzu sauce is epic. Dip. Everything. In. It.
Generally have a good time each time I come here. Theres only 2 downsides:1. 50% of the time I eat there (not an exaggeration), the table gets old rice. Really ruins dinner. I need to remember to request fresh rice before they bring out our food to cook, though I shouldn't have to ask for freshish rice at a shabu place.2. The vegetables are generally skimped on.
Food was great as always... seriously understaffed though so, you will need a bit of patience when you visit.

This is one of the worst Hot pot places I ever been to. The soup was very bland and tasteless. In fact I wouldn't consider this a hot pot place based on the weight of the meat. You're being overcharged for the weight of the meat. I have never been to a hotpot place where they weighed meat out. You will be better off going to a hot pot place that doesn't have this type of systems. You can probably have a cheaper hotpot than this place.
