The cake was beautiful and Bart was extremely easy to work with! From ordering to delivery everything went great, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
Oh my God. What happened. We ordered our wedding cake from here in 2009 and it was good. The quality was good the price was a little high but still pretty good. Now we came back 11 years later to get cupcakes each cupcake is six freaking dollar s what the heck? How can you charge six bucks for a cupcake. This must be amazing. Took the cupcakes home and two of them were undercooked. Yes they couldn't even cook the cake right. I wouldn't come back here unfortunately

First time buying a cake from here…not going to lie I did ask for a cake last minute but they said they could do it and they charged be over $100 to feed 10 people. Pretty crazy considering it was such a simple design and the taste was seriously lacking. Not only that but the cake was not in perfect condition when picked up. I also told the cashier I would pick it up around 5p and then I got a call on the day of at 2:55pm that they were closing at 3p so my mom ended up rushing there to get it before they closed. I would not come here againIm not sure why I can’t reply but I’m updating and adding to my post.*owner called and off the bat started to say “why would I tell you to pick it up at 5 if we close at 3, does that make any sense to you.”Just for reference i wrote that I told you I would pick it up at 5. I didn’t say that you told me to pick it up at 5. You told me it would be ready at 2:30 but I said I would pick it up at 5 and you did not say “we close at 3.”If you read my post you would also see that I got a call at 2:55pm that you guys were closing and I was unavailable to pick it up and so my MOM went to pick it up so there was no way for me to refuse the cake but when my mom got it, the cake was smudged and like I mentioned it was not flavorful.The price also was not the problem but more so for what i paid it seems like a complete rip off…also your attitude on the phone and even on your response just is incredibly frustrating. As someone who use to own a business, you should really learn how to communicate with customers who are upset with your product and not come off condensing and rude
We ordered a Red Velvet cake and they have us a chocolate cake. The design was beautiful but the cake was extremely sweet and too dry. First time and last time ordering from here!
I ordered two dozen cupcakes for this past Mother’s Day and simply put, they were amazing and our ladies loved them. Would highly recommend to anyone who is putting trust in a company to make any occasion special!
Great selection of cupcakes!I liked that the cupcakes on display were for display only. When the lady packed my order, she took cupcakes from the back instead the cupcakes sitting out on the display behind the glass.-COVID Procedures:- Tables and chairs were pushed back against the walls so they could not be sat in.- Staff was wearing masks inside of the store.- Limit of 1 person at a time inside.
Wonderful! We ordered a custom cake for my Mom’s 60th birthday. It was flower power themed and they made the exact cake we wanted. It was delicious and adorable. 5 stars!!
