Wow am I long over due to write a review... My family has been going to shin for around 25 years and we can not go elsewhere because our standards are so high. Shin has the highest quality fish and the service is immaculate. Shin is the owner and he is the only one that will be your chef. Thank you for the many years of great sushi Shin!

This is the best sushi in Orange County and has been for 25 years! Shin is the owner and cuts all of his sushi himself. Very traditional sushi bar but with very large pieces of fish. Our family has been coming here for 25 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fresh, expertly crafted and just delicious!! We love Shin!

This is our favorite restaurant in the world. Not just favorite Japanese place, but any food place. After a tough 2020, they are reopening May 4th, 2021. Yay!
