Fresh, fast, delicious and very friendly staff! They serve breakfast all day!!
After decades, they’ve changed the two best things on the menu: the super burger and the Chinese chicken salad. The new version of the burger is good, not great, and the new version of the salad is okay. Every time we’re in the area we’d stop to eat here, unfortunately these changes have moved Ruby’s from our “must stop” location to an “if we can’t decide on anything better” location. Don’t get me wrong, the food is still good; but not amazing and not the Ruby’s we knew and loved.
Unfortunately they changed their menu. Terrible! Its like a food truck menu or an online take-out menu. They have lost our business after 20 years! Ruby must be rolling in her grave!
Is it the best food in the world? Of course not. But it is the most Ruby's food in the world and that is an accomplishment unto itself. It's iconic

Ruby's was very good. The food was hot and fresh and was promptly delivered to the table by a very courteous waitress. This Ruby's is consistently good. They also have an excellent breakfast.
If I could leave just zero stars I would. While I was eating their Cobb salad I noticed that there was a green-ish bug on one of the leaves! And it was still moving?! It was so disgusting that I nearly threw up?. When I called over the staff they took the plate away and started whispering amongst each other. Then one of them came and had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted something else AND if I wanted a box to take the rest of the food with me?. I left no tip and if I wasn’t in such a rush to pick my kids up I would’ve asked for a FULL refund??. I’m never coming back here ever again
