Best burritos in townThis was the 2 nd time I’ve been thereAnd this time I had the carnitas burrito and it was excellent!Wasn’t too impressed with the chips- but they were okAnd ordered a churro for dessert— one bite and had to throw it out, it was so salty like they accidentally had salt in a sugar shaker..so won’t be ordering that againBut the burritos are what I came for and thus my 5 stars
Best carne asada nachos and shrimp tacos. Have ordered that at least 10 times in the last few months.
This is a REAL Mexican restaurant! They have great lengua, pozole and they make their own tortillas. Mexican coke in the bottle is usually on hand and their house salsas are spicy. Finding real Mexican food in south orange county has always been difficult, this place measures up nicely
Not sure if this is the same one that’s on Los Alisos and the toll road. Assuming it is. Yelp reviews say it all. You walk in and nobody that works there cares to help you. It’s almost like they’re upset you came in. Just went in to try them for the first time. No ‘hello’. Nothing. Both the sales lady and the cook aren’t wearing a mask. Saw her wiping her nose with her hands and then proceed to bag my to go order. So I threw it all away. Starring at us with disgust. What is going on with this place? Check out their Yelp reviews. Awful. No wonder they haven’t ‘claimed’ the business on there. Not coming back obviously
A long time ago this location used to be a genuine Roberto's Taco Shop and was a place I'd regularly give business to. At one point I guess ownership changed hands and it became one of those knockoff Roberto's where they keep a similar sounding name. Quality of the food and customer service has gotten worse and worse over the years since that point.
Carne asada burritos and shredded beef chinichamga are really good.Shredded beef pieces could use a little more time simmering as they weren't as tender as they could be. I had to cut it with a knife to make it more tender.Shredded beef tacos had like half the amount of beef in them as other mexican to go places I have tried.I won't be ordering tacos from here anymore.I'll just have to stick with burritos. The Super Burrito is mostly beans. Would prefer less beans more meat and slightly more rice and a thicker quac. It was too liquid. Overall I'm grateful to not have to eat at taco bell or del taco but consistency and quality needs to monitored.
We were visiting from Richmond, Virginia and this spot happened to be close to our hotel. We came here TWICE. Not only is it the best Mexican food I have ever had, the staff are friendly and personable! There isn’t much decoration or anything of that sort, but don’t let it sway you from stopping inside for lunch or dinner! Wish we had a spot like this back home. Thanks for a couple great meals ♥️
As usual, food is great and the service is accommodating. Their online prices do NOT reflect the prices in shop. For instance bean & cheese burritos online is $3, where as the price is $4.25 in house.
muy limpio El lugar Los que atienden amables la comida muy rica Los atienden rapido se los recomiendo
I love this place's food so much. It's very good. Yeah, it's on the expensive side, but what can you expect when you are going to a legit Mexican restaurant.
