Order with the app to get points, but don't expect that they will know which order is yours until you get there and show them. The chicken is great, of course, and the chicken sandwich is really good. They messed up my side order though, they gave me gravy when I ordered a side of rice and beans, and it was just gravy, no mashed potatoes. Or maybe they meant to give me the gravy for the chicken but forgot the rice and beans? I didn't have time to go back and complain so I don't know.
Oh wow....Popeyes had the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had until this day! Not only did the prices go up but the quality did too! The chicken sandwiches used to be so huge but this time they were the size of a ? hamburger patty! I got the (3) piece chicken tender and that was $11.49!! It came with a small side & small drink. Couldn't believe the prices! Needless to say we won't be going to Popeyes anymore!
Fun tip: if you ordered online and the lobby is closed (which is 85% of the time) go through the drive thru and pick up your online order. Then, email Popeyes customer support with a picture of the “lobby closed” sign and you will get a refund.I have gotten $200+ of free food.But- be prepared. The manager at this location only hires Down syndrome employees so the line takes about 30 mins for 4 cars.
Chicken strips were a little sad and dry, but the mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy were fantastic. The order only comes with one sauce cup, which is not enough for all the chicken, I needed to buy two extra which was a little annoying. But, the sauces were really good tasting and worth the added charge.
The two girls who work here do everything except work. They spend their time laughing, talking and joking with each other. They don't care about customers' time.Terrible service by these two girls.
Horrible service!!Except long wait no matter how you place your order!Even if you place it online/app you will still wait 45min - 1 hour at the restaurant to pick up your food for sure:(Most of the employees don’t speak English so try explaining your order will be a hassle.And off course they are almost always out of sauces!!This happened one two many times.NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!Very disappointed.
This store is garbage when it comes to customer service. They have people there that don't pay attention enough to get your order right, which happens from time to time. However their willingness to make things right is where they lack badly. They told me I needed to call corporate to make a complaint and they wouldn't provide me the number as if they didn't have the resources to provide it. Finally when I asked for the managers name once they refused to come to the phone, an employee told me didn't know his managers name. That doesn't sound like a decent run franchise to me if employees want to play these games because they don't have the skills to know what to do. If you go here, please make sure you double check your order before you leave even if in the drive through. The manager deserves 0 stars.

1st time trying this location. Ordered 2 piece combo chicken was dry and leathery. Mac & cheese old and clotted with cheese. Won't return and would NOT recommend
I wish I could give them a 0. I went here and it was the worst Popeyes experience of my entire life!!! They are so slow, got a simple order of Spicy chicken tenders with fries wrong. The batter wasn’t spicy itself, they literally added hot sauce to the chicken. Will not be coming here again. 0/10, do better
