I ordered the pan pizza but was overcooked cheese was dry and crust was stale

Easy to order online, value was decent. Order was hot and good when picked up. Staff was nice.
I wanted Stuffed Crust but it was not available at this location. Ti took 4 times on your app before my order was accepted.
The order was 40 min late and barely warm when delivered. The Cheese sticks had only burned sprinkling of cheese on them and the cheese on the pizza was so thin that you could hardly taste it. This will most likely be the last time I order Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future. Little Ceasers has a better pizza for 1/2 the cost you can find at Pizza Hut now.
No one would answer the phone, so I had to place the order on line. I was unable to order a stuffed crust pizza which was what I wanted.
Our last order, we used delivery + tip and scheduled for a later delivery time for our kids. Unfortunately the time of deliver came and went. We needed to call the restaurant who then made the pizzas and delivered them - 1 hour after the scheduled delivery time.
Our delivery woman was so kind and communicative.
A little more (oil) moisture in the crust. Otherwise, great!
Good pizza and service - food is also hot and tasty. Always ask for coupon if ordering via the phone - if you use a credit card they charge a $2 service fee (fyi)
