Nice ambience, portions are good, though higher priced. Menu has a large selection of choices, plus lunch specials - which are always good. Plus, they still serve their complimentary yummy brown bread mini baguettes and butter.
Second time dining in for lunch. Our waitress Emily was so amazing, kind, and really tentative!!! The portions are huge, meals are so delicious. Chicken moist, flaffel great flavor. We were too full for dessert. It's on my favorite local list. Must try.

This is one of my favorites! The service is always great and friendly. The food tastes amazing. The chicken and beef are so tender and packed with flavor. My boyfriend is very picky with his chicken and he loved every bite.
Yesterday I decided to to get dinner for my family and I. I ordered online so I can pickup my dinner at 5. I got there 10 min early and the staff was very friendly. They said my order wasn't ready but will be out shortly. Within 5 min my order was out. I went home and realized that it was the wrong order. I called them and they apologized a million times. I told them it's ok and it's a silly mix up. The name was the same but the last name wasn't me. When I arrived to pick up my order they apologized a million more times and said they'd do better in the future. They seemed very sympathetic and cared about how I felt. They are very hard workers and care about there customers. The food was warm and delicious. Chicken is never dry and so much flavor. Gerardo really tries his best to please the customer. I'd definitely return here. A little mistake does not define them. They strive for the best.
First time here… Staff was super friendly, the place is clean and the atmosphere is cozy. The food is out of this world amazing. We had a total of 5 people in our party and 3 different choices of Panini’s and all three were absolutely amazing the meat was chicken on all three. Not to say that all the food was 5 star but pretty darn close! Our waiter “Uzi” is a 5 star waiter and made our evening fun and memorable, he has a great sense of humor and catered to our every need! If you come to this location it is highly recommended to request Uzi for your waiter! If you decide to come here you won’t be disappointed!
Great place! Cozy atmosphere with stylish music, incredibly pleasant and professional waiters... The kitchen is on top! I advise you to try beef ribs - dump head or head!!)) Tenderness, spice and rich taste of beef combined with grilled pieces of carrot, plum and chestnut!! Tom yum is a separate wonderful ensemble of spicy sharpness and freshness of seafood! In general, not super expensive for the center of Moscow, but pampering yourself is the best. I advise you to book a table))
I love this place but I don't love that they overcook the food (particularly the chicken). Charred meat has been linked to several health concerns and nobody eats like that anymore unless you're simply underinformed to its risks. I have also had a few orders wrong over the years but they always make it right.Likewise, I think the staff does try their best to accommodate you when you dine-in. However, I also noticed that the quality and consistency is severely downgraded if you don't tip on mobile app orders. Perhaps that's just conspiracy theory talk but I've tested that theory more than once, with the same end result.I still eat there, I just pick and chose what I order and how I order, based on what I noted above. I look forward to updating my review if anything improves.
The food at this place is incredible, the delivery service (and sometimes the pickup) is a disaster. I've ordered from here dozens of times, i really do love the food, but 50% of the time something is missing from my order if i order delivery. They get really busy, but their processes to ensure accuracy are a mess. Additionally, they rarely offer you any sort of just compensation for the inconvenience. They either reimburse you for the missing items or offer to send them out, which could take a good hour to get to you b/c the kitchen is often backed up and they don't seem to care much for the level of service they provide. So as a customer i either have to decide between having a large portion of my order missing (but refunded), or paying full price for a delivery that is sent out in two batches multiple hours apart? Terrible. It's sad, i'd gladly order from them once a week but we've dropped down to a couple times a year b/c it's so often a disaster.
Multiple to go orders later I’m done with this place. Caesar salad WITHOUT the dressing…or if you do get it, it’s never enough for the salad portion. Such a cheap location, trying to pinch pennies left and right. Or is the quality control that bad?
