Quantitaties are small, they act like it come out of their paychecks if they give you an actual scoop of food. I got three pieces of beef and the rest was veggies.
This location jas always been my favorite so I'm sad to give one star bc i want the top management pay attention. There's a new lady manager that she was so stingy with the portions i got so ? upset. Please change her you don't wana lose your customers or get bad reviews bc of one wrong employee. It was Saturday morning at 12 p.m.They were out of shrimp and teriyaki chicken. Beef broccoli which is my favorite had few broken pieces of beef and all broccoli so i didn't get it and waited for the shrimp and teriyaki chicken. The steak also looked so dry and burned.Hey who's in charge of the district? No-one sees all these negative reviews for the past few months???,,,??????
Inconsistent quality. Last time I was in, a few days ago, their chow mein tasted like and was the texture of old straw. The orange chicken was like tasteless cardboard! Awful!I won’t be returning to this location because of this being a repeated issue and paying $18.59 for 3 entrée meal + an additional serving of chow mein is just crazy for food quality this bad!
Double check your order. 9 out of ten times, you end up with a missing item. Shouldn't be rocket science.
Zero starts if I could. The employees are rude, disorganized, and they don't care about what they are doing. They never get my order right. Long wait times, sometimes 45 minutes for something that should be ready. Always a bad experience here.
I've had multiple bad experiences here. One time I asked for noodles and rice and they gave me 80% just cabbage. Another time I asked for sweet and sour sauce and they gave me something that tasted exactly like bbq sauce instead. And onw time I asked if they had the beyond meat vegan orange chicken and the lady said yes even though they didnt, and tried to give me real chicken. But after my last visit here I will not be going back again. I ordered my usual noodles and rice and the rice was rock hard. You could chip your teeth on it. It was very obvious that when they made more rice instead of throwing away the old rice they just dumped new rice in with the old, because every other bite was hard as a rock and had to be spit out. I tried to sort through it but it was impossible to tell which bites would hurt you until you bit in, so I just threw it all out. Huge waste of money coming here.
Consistently good food and service. The employees work so hard under pressure! That's why we keep coming back. The best Panda Express around, by far!
Giving it three stars because Jon was so friendly and helpful even though he was training. I hope Mias attitude doesn’t run off in him. I observed her completing a few online order without gloves which is fine, but she also touched other surfaces including a wall and then she moved Jon out if the way when he was about to complete my order I asked if Jon could finish it as she hadn’t washed her hands or was wearing gloves, she answered back that she hadn’t touch cash and it wasn’t until I told her I saw her touching the wall that she let Jon complete my order and she went to the back to wash her hands with an attitude. She came back to the front with an even worse attitude.
I will give zero star if I could. This place doesn't care for their customers, employees don't know what they are doing. I order online went to pick it up and they said they don't have it. They lost my order and had it to wait more than an one hour so they could make it. At the end they didn't make my order because they said there were gunna close and didn't give me my money back. Supposedly they will give my money back to my card in two day. I definitely I dont recommend this place. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
It's almost like they know when you aren't paying attention. I don't know how many egg rolls they didn't put in the bag.They will get you. Check the bag every time with this store.
