I have been coming to this PF Chang's for a number of years now, and bringing my mother and my children with me. This PFC is special. The manager James has instilled a very customer centric culture, the best of any PFC I've ever been in. The servers at the bar where we typically have food and drink are just the best, Austin, Carla, Hannaleigh and always remember you and make you feel valued by the restaurant and the brand. The menu keeps changing and the new items like the short rib dishes are spectacular. The renovation in the restaurant that has taken place over the pandemic makes this place even more inviting. Best PFC ever!
My wife and I went there for our anniversary and the staff bent over backwards to make our night special. Not only did they give us a free dessert but they reduced our bill by 1/2! Everyone in the restaurant clapped and the staff even signed a card for us. Very nice! The food was amazing, as usual. It will continue to be one of our favorite restaurants.
Food was pretty good as I would normally expect from PF Chang's, but the service was honestly some of the worst we've experienced in a long time. There were just 3 of us, it was later maybe 730ish, restaurant was about half full, there appeared to be plenty of staff, but yet we were there for probably 1.5-2 hours. What was most distributing was at one point, maybe just after 830, ALL of the restaurant staff disappeared. They all went to the back and you heard cheering. This went on for probably 20 minutes. From listening to our server apologize to the table next to us once they ask finally emerged, mind you no apology to us or the table on the other side, apparently it was someone's last night. Great, hats off to camaraderie, but maybe do it after the restaurant closes? Or celebrate in groups so there are servers on the floor? Part of our food came out around 830, 2/3 of the table. My husbands potstickers came out like 20-25 minutes after that. We were actually considering ordering dessert, but instead we made a game of it. If our server talked to us in the next 15 min we would order, if not we'd just pay and leave and grab something elsewhere... Needless to say we went elsewhere for dessert. Super disappointing.
I absolutely love this place and the staff!Our server JP was so attentive and Nolan and James are two of my favorite restaurant managers out there! They always make us feel so welcome and special every time we come in. If you looking for quality food AND service, you will not be disappointed!
We had delivery tonight if a $100 plus with deliver door dash. I don't blame them I blame the PF CHANG Packer. No utensils! WHAT??? AND No soy sauce! Really!!! Shame shame!!!
Went with a group of people. My first visit.They forgot one of our appetizers and an order of friend rice. They took care of it.Check your orders their was 7 in our party so it was alot of food. Food was kind of pricey but I'm from NC. Would return again. Enjoyed it.
Very good mushroom chicken and honey chicken. The rice was a little stale and the chow mein could have used some seasoning. But it was pretty good.
The servers are always friendly and attentive, and the environment feels rather calm for a busy restaurant.
I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is tasty and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a pleasant time. warmly recommended.
Awesome service! We come here for the friendly bartenders. Love Brady -he always has a smile and makes sure our order is perfect. Shout out to Brady, Jules and Nolan.
