Everything for the party was great except for the checkout where you are shown a balance due without any details. I asked for the breakdown and was told one would be emailed to me. Only a balance which was different from original quote was shown to me. When I called the location after receiving the email with updated balance due the call was redirected multiple times to another location where I could not speak to an employee from the park where my party was held. I was told by the redirected number to keep calling, email or visit the location for help. I called more times with no success and emailed the company, also with no success. Will have to visit location at this point. So, I would say that the checkout system for party payers needs to be more structured rather than telling customers to just "check your email for the balance details", where none are given.
They sent me a coupon for my birthday. Anything free is always good. The cinnamon roll was awesome, heated up with lots of icing.
The McDonalds is a good store! Fast thru the drive thru usually with nice staff and very clean. Avoid during week T noon as the high school let's out for lunch!
Very poor counter customer service , while both self ordering stations are out of order.Salty burger and frie inconsistencies made this a just ok McDonald's experience
The cashier on Feb 12 at 8am was terrible. He was aggressive abs offensive with his words to me and not helpful at all. I don’t eat here often but when I do, I would hope that the cashier is not telling me I’m wrong when he clearly was the one who was wrong. I’m allowed to use 1 coupon. That is exactly what I did. But he didn’t enter it correctly and started telling me that I made a mistake. It was like he was straight out of a detention center getting confrontational with me. He did not even have the slightest sense of customer service.Then I hear 2 other customers complaining as I was having breakfast and all I hear from this same cashier was excuses instead of apologizing. This guy needs to be trained or fired.The manager was good. She handled things. But it seemed like she knew he was ‘rough around the edges’This guy is better off working to clean tables and having zero interaction with customers.
It was McDonald's. It is the same whether you get it in Taipei or Beijing. Consistent
Who’s running this place! I ordered a filet O fish but instead of the regular bun it came with a burger bun and a half piece of cheese , fries were cold and my Mcchicken was wrong,I asked for no lettuce but instead it had no mayo ????
I am totally addicted to the Any Size Coffee for $0.99 in the app. Get one three or four times a week. Park in the Pick-Up spot and one of the always cheerful employees brings it out. More than one person has told me that Micky Dee's has the best coffee of all.
