This chinese restaurant has probably the worst Chinese food you can find in California.The chef/owner is from Mexico which we found very ironic and strange.The food was so bad, Mongolian beef was so tough, fried rice old. And yucky.The chaw menu was so bad tasting with fat spaghetti.On top of it service not good and the bathroom so outdated and the sink full of rust.Even one star is too much for this place.
Egg rolls were spring rolls, Wonton soup was bland and the tiny wontons were mush. Crab Rangoon were practically empty... chicken was dry and hard to chew. Will never order from here again
Just had the beef moo shu lunch special. One of the best I've ever had!!
Nice people, but I wouldn't recommend going there on Christmas day. We waited for an hour to be told they weren't seating people any more. VERY short staffed.But I've eaten here before. It is good. Just not on Christmas day.The guy that worked there told us that the kitchen couldn't handle it. LOL!

Owners are so nice & staff is super friendly & accommodating. Best Chinese food! I'm very picky in Chinese food because a lot of the major chains hurt my stomach but Lakeside's food is clean & fresh - doesn't mess with my tummy.
