Absolute trash. Manager was super combative even after she had admitted she was wrong and still refused to refund me for the items that were missing from the order. Submitted multiple inquiries to try and get the money back from these missing items and (not to be funny) have not heard Jack... Would love someone to contact me to get this sorted out, but I am running out of options.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 12 tacos for 4 people and asked for 4 buttermilks to go with my tacos (who doesn’t) and the gentleman at the window said that he could not give me buttermilk as it does not go with the tacos. Well apparently he doesn’t order jack in the box tacos because mine always come with buttermilk. I will be taking my business to a new location.
I love this eatery! They offer great dishes, their menu is good, The central cook in that spot is exceptionally prepared, I like a lot of tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently of posh, the demeanor towards the guests is useful. I frequently eat in this eatery and I was rarely unsatisfied. I suggest it with no faltering.

Lately the employees at the drive thru cop a tude when asked to repeat the order. Taking our business to a different one.
Went through the drive through at 5:55am, apparently they don’t open until 6:15? The hours need to be changed then. Poor organization.
Standard food from a Jack In The Box but falls below expectations with the freshness of their food in comparison to other locations. As an example, buns are often dry and getting hard. I only really go here in a pinch.
Quick drive through service and good taste
Great curly fries, quick service.For drive-through, would recommend that cashier swipe the credit card and return it to you prior to giving you your food, instead of holding on to it. Too many people driving away without credit cards.Every other fast food restaurant always returns the credit card before you get your food, so please just standardize the practice.
Sourdough sandwich was ok #29. Coffee also ok not the best
