Food is great, and how I remember it when I last had five guys 10 years ago on the east coast. but a great way for me to never come back to this location, is to charge me $9 for a side of fries, $7 for a milkshake, and $4 for a soda and not offer any “combo’s” or “meals” to make it so every item is “à la carte”.It cost me almost $60 for 3 burgers, 1 milk shake, 1 soda, and 1 fries.Put it into perspective where the same thing, I can get at in n out burger for $20. You hear that, I can get in n out burger for the whole family 3 times for the same price as one trip to 5 guys.I don’t mind paying a lil more for something different or higher quality but this is not a low or even mid-tier sit down restaurant.Good luck to ya

You know it's really hard to be in the burger business when in and out is around your neighborhood, since everyone, including me, is going to compare your vs the big I. And for me, it's not as good, the unlimited 15 toppings is great and one child go crazy with this but the patty, yes sir, the meat patty is not as good and isn't it the reason why I have a burger for lunch in the first place. Not a beef/Patti expert, not even close, bit don't know how I&O does it but their burger just taste better and perhaps even better price too. Sorry guys, still an I&O fan!

New review: I just can't justify these prices. I came here to get lunch for my grandma. I got their little hamburger $8.19, a regular fry $6.39, and a chocolate milkshake $6.69. That's food for one person, granted a whole lot of calories, but still one person for a sub total before tax of $21.27. I pretty much laughed when I paid with card they asked if I wanted to tip on a take out order. I sure hope those guys are making $20 an hour back there because at these prices you won't see me stepping foot in a Five Guys ever again. In all honesty, the burgers really don't seem to be all that good either as of late. Soggy ball of mush with meat in the center.Old review: Burgers are great as well as the fries.Staff is on par if not better than In & Out as far as friendliness goes. Wait can get slightly long but they do make the burgers to order and there are free peanuts so well worth it.I highly recommend Five Guys.

I love five guys. They have amazing burgers and the greatest fries. Compared to any other fast food burger joint I’d say five guys is way better and always hits the spot. I’m not sure what they do to their fries, but I like it and would suggest this place to anyone who wants a good burger!!!

Great burgers, amazing fries. And before you compare them to another popular California burger chain, I challenge you to look at the patty thickness and flavor, not to mention the fries is on a different level. That said, Five Guys isn't cheap. Maybe even a bit too expensive for what it is.

Online order of hamburger fries and a hotdog. They were waiting as usuall but the fry guy seemed to be more interested in teaching the newbie how to make a shake. Watched several people order and get their order before mine. Had to tell them again and waited another 10 min. Come on guys!

I think it's one of the best burgers in town. With Fudruckers being gone, this is my goto place

No peanuts, most expensive I've been toUpdate: Ate my meal last night. If I wanted this quality of meat I would have gone to McDonalds or Wendys. Fries were okay but disappointing as well. Not a real Five Guys. The only reason I'm so disappointed is because I've been to some Five Guys that were just amazing. I expected closer to that was was very let down.

hey jade is very nice and great customer service we had a mix up with my order about a week ago and I came in tonight and she went ahead and took care of my whole order and comped it for me I really appreciate the great customer service jade is a great manager and a great employee

Size of fries have gotten very small. Macdonald gives you more fries and cost less. No wonder they're closing down stores.
