Our cashier, Jacob was very kind and helpful. He was very polite and had a great attitude!
Not bad, but I prefer Wingstop.The pricing for wings seems very high compared to what you get, but that's not just for Epic.
After seeing all the great reviews on here, I was quite disappointed in the wings. They were more dry than B dubs and had less meat on them, and the extra hot sauce seemed to be full of vinegar and salt. And $25 for 12 wings with breadsticks is kind of a ripoff.I did give 3 stars because the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean.
It was expensive and it wasn't good. Poor service, and took forever despite them obviously heating up frozen or pre-cooked chicken. I cannot stress how rediculous 13 bucks for 5 wings is and in hindsight I cannot believe I spent that either. That was their combo meal. There was barely any mest on the chicken and the meat that was there was chewy and old. The only thing they didn't skimp on was the sauce, that was drowning the wings to a soupy amount. Epic Wings? More like Epic Fail.
Being in San Diego for 30 years, I got turned on to the Wings & Things in Pacific Beach. Then going to the Kearny Mesa location when I was living in Clairemont. After moving back to the OC 5 years ago, I was excited to see an Epic Wings open in Mission Viejo. Just as great as the SD locations. Love the strips!!
Food is always hot. Great quality chicken and I like the garlic parm sauce. They give you breadsticks instead of fries which is a nice change of pace as well.
I go here frequently after work after a long day and the quality and flavor of the food and excellent customer service are unparalleled. I just can't say enough about these folks.
First meal there and I am a fan.I had the single meal tenderloin(qty 4) strips with hot buffalo & sweet chili sauce.Meal came with carrot and celery sticks and two wonderful bread sticks.I thought the chicken was cooked just right and the sauces were perfect. Portions were about right too.Overall was great.Will go back.
This is my go-to wing spot. The quality and flavors of these wings and breadsticks are top notch. Everything is made fresh to order, and it shows. I’ve had every menu item and every sauce/flavor they offer, and there’s not one thing I’d change. Do yourself a favor and try the Epic Fries sometime, they’re out of this world. Even with a couple other wing joints nearby, Epic Wings is by far the place to go. Reggie and his staff are truly “EPIC”, and they go above and beyond every time. Lifetime customer.
Cheap wings compared to Wingstop. But not even close when it comes to size and quality.
