this is the 2nd time i went there and the chicken was totally dry and over cookedi will not go back to this location
Went in last night and ordered for takeout. The food was fresh and delicious. Exceptional customer service. Nacho was truly attentive and made me and my brother feel welcomed. Our order took only around 5 minutes to be ready. There wasn't many people dining in though the place seemed really clean. I reccomend this location
Very nice & helpful staff!! Dining room tables weren't kept up with as several were left not wiped down & no one came out to clean any the entire time we were there!! We went for National Burrito Day only to find out you had to have the App?!? No bueno! Food is always good & hot ? missing the black beans, which were a favorite of ours too!!
Visited this location last night during the busy dinner rush. The drive through line and front counter were quite busy. When I entered to place my order, I was greeting promptly by a friendly cashier named Ryan who explained the 10 piece special and took my order.I quickly noticed all of the other customers had already been helped and the orders were coming out at rapid pace. Even though the restaurant extremely busy, the kitchen staff were all working together like a well oiled machine! All of the staff were working their stations efficiently, they were communicating order statuses and updates effectively and the managers on duty were actively coordinating the orders.Great job to the entire staff, we appreciate your service and dedication to providing quality fresh food! Also, I contacted the corporate offices to let them know of the awesome job the staff did. Too often, corporate only receives complaints and does not get notified on a job well done.
Tables were dirty, heater was a bit to warm and person that took my order had a unhappy attitude. Food was not hot and was not called for my order when it was ready. Bad experience.
Great tasty food, burritos are out of this world with the hot sauce. Nice job.
Love love love the flavor of EPC chicken. And so excited for tamale season! Their tortilla soup is surprisingly great, and they have some nice healthy options too. I give this place a giant sí!
In love with this little place and their punny menu items!! We went during COVID, so the inside and cute back patio area was closed, but they set up 3-4 tables and chairs in front of the restaurant. They had the menu on the front window facing the street AND in the hallway where you order.
We came for a late dinner on a weekday. The food was delicious and service was fantastic! Highly recommend the happy hour popcorn chicken and bossamwith soju (we were so hungry we forgot to take a photo of the food! It was so good)
Arrived 9:30amWednesday, December 25 [Christmas Day w/ Dad]It's 9am in NYC and many restaurants don't open until 11am. I'm celebrating time spent with my Father. He wanted to spend 4hrs in NYC [9:30 - 1:00] to be exact eating breakfast, stop by Statue of Liberty and walk around slowly lol - as he is 61yrs old and is taking his time:)Ambiance : Retro rustic "open-kitchen" tapas restaurant.
