The wind was angry that night, as was my wife. Since it is the season of Santa Ana, neither of those surprised me.What did surprise me, however, was the delightfully fast and accurate service. Thanks, Del.
BEWARE This mission Viejo Del Taco is bad, my last 5 visits were wrong for simple single item orders. The general manager does not care at all. This branch charges more for many items but delivers smaller portions, bad service, wrong items, missing items, Never answers their phone in 2 years, walk in to discuss issues and says he’s busy, I say I’ll wait. He listened for about 40 seconds then rudely interrupts and says “we’re done! & have a good day” I try to add and he raises his voice again “have a good day!”.In 4 years I have experienced 100’s of bad orders, wrong items, missing items, poor consistency, most other Del Tacos are pretty good, but this one is plagued with problems & should be closed. Save yourself frustrations and go to another one. zero for management, zero for cooks, one good server but the most of the staff doesn't care.
Gave 3 since Del Taco is awesome but this restaurant is a 1...
Very fast and they get your order right
Steer clear of this location until they fire the entire staff currently working there. Jesus christ. Every item I ordered was not only completely wrong, but absolutely disgustingly old and cold. Inedible, spent 30 dollars and I'm throwing almost all of it away. I usually really like del taco. Idk how they screwed it all up this bad.
Quick service and order was correct
I don’t know if it’s the drive-through speaker or the fact that the person inside can’t understand English. I ordered my usual meal . They got it wrong . So I went to the drive-through again for a second time and they got it wrong again .
We like them better than Taco Bell. Plus they have burgers!!
