I love cold stones and I order from them frequently especially the Mission Viejo location because it is closest to me. But the portions keep getting smaller and smaller with every order. Today I could actually see the bottom of the bowl in the size large I ordered and looked like a size medium. I also ordered 2 mediums were more like a very small small. I don’t mind paying a premium for premium ice cream but the past six months all I have felt was ripped off every time I placed an order.
Came in tonight in a hurry, the two guys got me in and out within 5 mins. Wish I got their names to put here. Awesome service and the best tasting ice cream
My mom and I have been going to coldstones since I can remember. I like this location, nice staff and generous with toppings. Apple pie is my go-to:)
Horrible business and service. Please do not order cakes from here. We placed an order online a week prior to pick up and when we arrived to pick up the cake the girl had our receipt on the counter in front of her and said they didn’t have it in stock. It was for my son’s birthday. They didn’t bother calling or emailing beforehand to tell us they didn’t have the cake. And they girl didn’t really seem to care that we purchased a birthday cake and there was not one for us to pick up for a child’s birthday. She didn’t even know how to return our order. She didn’t know her manager’s last name.
Good stuff. They build your order right in front of you, using fresh toppings on their Cold Stone countertop. The staff are always friendly and tip-worthy. They do ice cream, as well as shakes. Pictured here is a Lucky Charms themed scoop AND shake, special for the month of March.

Great service and delicious ice cream at this Cold Stone. Our local Cold Stone went away unfortunately so every once in a while we get up here, and we always enjoy it. Bonus for having open, clean restrooms that people can use. Double bonus for the bemuscled employee absolutely pummelling ingredients into our selections in mere seconds. Go check it out!
Tried saffron pistachio ice cream which was good. The location is close to Hollywood boulevard which is convenient.

The ice cream is very delicious and creamy. Plenty of choice. Kind service.??? Good price. The white chocolate was the Best.
