I’m very disappointed with Chipotle. They advertise plant based protein products and when I visit their locations they say it’s not available. If you advertise on television that you have this product and customers drive to your locations and it’s not there then it is a bad customer experience. Just being real…I usually write good reviews but I can’t do it here.
This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for convenient prices. Consistently neat and with good mood. Will come back again.

Wow, what a mess!!! Picked our order up, bag was torn and leaking. We got bean juice all over the car. Food was cold. Last night the order delivered was wrong!
As a Mexican from the City of Mexico, this place is a culture vulture. Yea, the food seems fresh, but it doesn't cut it. They swear the meats are marinated in chipotle chilis, but your mouth will never know it. This is bland at it's finest. Can't even get a Chipotle salsa. It's a buffet food place basically, with little options. They don't even have onions & cilantro separate, only Pico de Gallo (onions, cilantro, diced tomato) which doesn't seem to have chili either. It's like a trendy Baja Fresh. Not authentic, little flavor, zero spice, owned by some redheaded step child catering to non Mexican people. ?♂️

We usually just get meals to go and we have no complaints about the food. It is fresh, ample and very good. The only downside is that they changed their containers and they are now made with a heavy cardboard like material which seems to get soggy too quickly.
