Had a terrible experience today at this location. The lady working today, Emma, told me to give her a second while she finished making some drinks so I sat down and patiently waited. I stood back up once I noticed she put the closed sign after finishing, so I attempted to order after waiting. Her response was “I need to close early today, I have things to do.”
The rudest person o have ever seen in my lifeWe waited for 30 months minutes until she is readyAnd after she opened it she said to wait more 10 minutes for the tea.And when you ask her questions she never response & pretending that she is not listening to you.

I truly hate to leave a negative review, but this Chatime location is the ABSOLUTE WORST boba I have ever had. I was happy to see the cheap prices and its in a convient location of MV mall. The staff are nice people, I got my drink right away. But the quality of the milk tea is just bad and the boba balls are just as bad. I would highly reccomend anyone to go to Ding Tea or Harmony Tea Bar. Both are great places and are close by.

Employees so distracted on their phone and with their friends who were visiting I felt like I had to force them to provide service, not a good feeling. Won’t be returning.
My drink was just so chunky and gross...worst place ever
Hands down the worst boba tea and slush I’ve ever had. The tiramisu was also not the best. Good thing I was just trying the place. My like tea was mostly milk and my coffee slush wasn’t blended well. Go anywhere but here lol.
There boba tea is AWESOME
