When someone shows you who they are, believe them. Two strikes in a row is good enough for me to not go back, even though this location is the closest Carl's Jr to my house.The chain has been my go-to, even since becoming the most expensive fast food chain I know of. I pull into the drive through about an hour before they are scheduled to close and had very unfriendly treatment by the guy working the window (don't know his name). He wasn't straight-up rude, just didn't say a word other than the price and didn't respond to my "thank you". I figured he'd just had a bad day and wished he could go home. Then the burgers were sloppily thrown together and tasted "watery" if that makes any sense.The second strike happened yesterday morning at 6:20 AM. They'd been officially open since 6 AM, the lights were all on, and the "Open" sign was lit. I pull into the drive thru and a woman's voice asks me if I'd like to try the honey chicken sandwich or something. After saying "no thank you", I gave my order. Crickets. I waited about 20 seconds bc I didn't want to be rude and asked, "oh, can I get a large order of fries as well?" Crickets. After saying "hello?" a few times, I pulled up to the window. No one was there. I pulled around to leave and saw no one at all in the front or by the grill(s). I guess the woman who asked me about trying the chicken sandwich was just a recorded voice.This does NOT factor into my rating but it's also worth mentioning: It's a little hard to get to because it's easy to pass the turn into the gas station and have to turn around.
No mask on the person taking my order. As an immunocompromised individual, it makes me feel like they don't care if they get a virus and spread it to me and I die which is so messed up. They also had me wait like 15 minutes in a parking lot for the food. And I asked for extra sauces bc I'm pregnant and had a craving for their honey mustard and they gave me one of every other type of sauce instead ....... at least the food was done right (no tomatoes/onions/etc) even if it was only room temperature at best.
They have restaurant close for walk in costumers . I've been here 3 nights in a row trying to grab dinner and they have doors locked... . I'm a truck driver . I cannot go thru drive thru. Zero stars
I don't know why I think ?? ? this place the food it's not the good but it cost too much dinero but when there nothing else to eat mmmmm whatever
manager lady or supervisor whatever she is should be in the morning is very rude as hell always has attitude no good customer service totally unprofessional she should be flippin butgers in the back instead
We have ordered various times through various delivery services and also gone inside to order at this Carl's Jr. location. Order is Always wrong. Wrong item, cold or wrong sauce etc. When people have food allergies like in my household, Food is ordered specific. Even if we can't modify (this location does not allow it) we still order specific sandwiches due to the allergy. Very Disappointed.
Arrive to pick up a DoorDash order and the drive through line took 25 min with two cars ahead of me. Chicken is consistently rubbery. Burgers are sloppy. Higher prices than all competitors, but it’s tastes worse. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Carls Jr (the worst fast food joint in my opinion.) Owner wants to hire the lowest denominator labor, you get lowest denominator reviews. It’s not their fault the owner can’t find quality employees. They did their best I’m sure.
I love their western bacon cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Still a good value. Highly recommend.
Friendliest group of people working the drive through on a Friday night. This will be my go-to Carl's even if I have to drive out of the way.
Horrible customer service . Manager needs to humble herself. Got my order wrong and still had attitude. Seems like she really hates her job.So frustrating ! everyone makes mistakes that’s wasn’t the issue but the attitude she carried was disrespectful!
