Lady tells me that it is a dollar to upgrade then charges me 1$ to upgrade my drink and also another for my fries. false information disappointed. Other than that food is amazing.

I ordered the pestofredo with gluten free pasta and it was delicious! I have severe IBS and truly believed I could never eat at an Italian restaurant ever again. Pesto Italian Craft Kitchen has changed that! My food tasted amazingly and it did not hurt me.

My whole family's was not fresh made.Our fries looked old my patty was luke warm, the restaurant wasnt even busy. I spent $50, our guacamole burger didnt look like a guacamole burger. I'm not returning. I loved Carl's jr. But I guess food quality has gone down alot. Maybe that's why locations are closing. I'm not the kind to complain but this was not acceptable
Food was wrong, soda was flat, kept saying my card was declined when I know I have money, and asked for side of ranch and they tried charging me extra
Okay.. I bought the 6 dollar chicken waffle sandwich and its beyond disappointing. Last time I ate here, I had to complain to corporate because I paid like 10 bucks for a pastrami burger and it literally had 2 small pieces of pastrami in an X on it. So I decide to come back and give it another shot.. And I get a 2 inch by 2 inch sandwich. This place is a horrible ripoff.

I tried the steakhouse thickburger , this was pretty good. I tried the new chicken waffle sandwich. It could be better,it needs black pepper or some type of spice to kill the sweetness. The chocolate milkshake was good, but I ordered strawberry. The drive through person had a slight language barrier.
This Carl's Jr gets higher Stars than normal because it consistently makes my kids somewhat strangely specific hamburger orders right. That shouldn't be hard yet fast food messes it up an awful lot.
