The food is good and the fries are made from real potatoes. You can also customize everything for your burger and even have it as a bowl.The customer service is amazing and they really care about ensuring you're satisfied ?
What is beautiful tech friendly modern and welcoming setting. I had to try this place out and I was not disappointed ordering was really easy you have several options, you can order from the app, you can order from a touchscreen kiosk, and finally you can order at the register.Since this was my first visit I ordered from the register everybody was incredibly polite and friendly and even made the experience a little fun let me hear is exclusively grass fed and there is no hormones or antibiotics or anything in there.I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and then I added the boss bundle for $4.50 which gave me a side of fries and a drink. I love the chipotle mayo so I ordered two sides for my dipping sauce the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Sitting in the lobby there are two giant TVs for me to enjoy the furniture was markedly clean and I will be coming here again?
Wow really great place! Unexpected. The vibes inside are really cozy and thr kiosk where you can order is so fancy!! It is expensive, not crazy expensive but wouldn't call this a cheap place.I got a burger and sweet potatoe fries. The burger was spectacular, I would've added more sauce but I did select the "light" option so understandable. The greens were delicious and presentation was 10/10.Sweet potato fries were super yummy!!Plus I got the Acai soda drink. Just perfect.Really great!!
There was one guy there that took my boyfriends order. He was being very disrespectful to him, mind you he is dyslexic, saying rude remarks. He whispered these things under his breath thinking the mask would cover it up. This does not give an excuse to make fun of a DISABLED person. Unbelievable. Never come to this location again. They should be shut down.
I really enjoyed and recommend their turkey burger. The burger, pun, veggies, and toppings were all really fresh. Pleasant surprise at a great price. I'll be bringing my vegan son back to try their vegan burger.
I just order a Gluten Free Burger for take out there. I can tell that was a nice piece of burger, not great, but was nice. Even more for the price. They have a good balance between quality, tastes and price.

I'm not sure why this place does not reach more. When I have visited, the business has been light. But in terms of burgers, simplicity, and quality this place should be more comparable to an In-n-Out in terms of a following based on quality of food and even better customization of options. It's a balance between knowing what you want and navigating a build your own menu. Maybe there is some resistance toward putting your mind through a process when you just want to eat what you already know or try a preprepared option. Maybe one suggestion is to offer some creative pre-prepared options for someone who doesn't want the build your own experience. Like Cold Stone ice cream, you can completely build your own but also choose from many combinations of ingredients that may be better than what you are in the mood to "build" on a given visit. Sometimes you just want something good and not have to create it yourself. But overall, always a great meal experience once you get through the process.
I Absolutely love the food here. It really is Next Level! Grass fed beef just tastes wayyyyy better!
