I feel like every time I go there the service gets worse. I understand if they were packed but I was there with only two other groups at the restaurant and I feel like the server, Savanah completely neglected every table. No refills, checked in maybe once but briefly, put my order in wrong, and what got me the most was the eyeroll I got when I asked for a high chair for my daughter.
Chipotle dry traditional wings. Great location and great customer service.
I would give them zero stars but not an option. Save your money and go somewhere else where the restaurant appreciates your business. Manager is a complete jerk that does not appreciate your business.
The service was great. Bartender was awesome.BUT there are ZERO covid protocols here. I kept my mask on bit literally not even the workers are required to wear one.
Terrible experience.I can’t speak to the restaurant as a whole but Sandra at the bar was the absolute worst. We were in a bit of a time pinch as it was, we sat down at the bar and she asked us for Id’s, about 5 minutes later the manager comes out and tells us she thinks my ID (I’m from out of state) is a fake and if I want it back I have to have the police come to the restaurant. I was blown away, I’ve never had problems with my ID, nor do I look younger than 21.Come to find out, (from the manager) apparently she has an outdated book she compares ids to and if it doesn’t match she thinks it’s fake. He said he deals with this problem every night. She was extremely unpleasant, condescending, and just plain bratty. We had to sit at the restaurant and wait for the police to come just to verify my ID (which shocker, was legit).Until Sandra is fired, which always happens to these types eventually, steer far away from the bar.
This place is known for meh food and terrible service, but we figured we'd give it one more shot. We were surprised. Riley was our waitress and she was awesome. She was very friendly, stopped by when needed, and the food wasn't bad. They changed the boneless to chunks of chicken breast and so they aren't as good as previously, but the bone in are great.
Of all the BWW we've been to this one has it dialed in. Chicken cooked well and friendly staff serving great specials. The rest of the center is mostly empty on our visit so not busy at all.
Delivery service - Ordered a 6 piece wings and received only 5 pieces. My husband ordered a 10 piece wings and received only 7 pieces. My son did not receive his drink with his kids meal. Once my order was delivered it was cold. Also, it took 2 hours to prepare my order. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and spoke with the manager regarding the issues. He said there was nothing he could do. I will never go there again. Poor service and terrible food!
Best service I have had at any restaurant in a long time. Sandie is absolutely awesome! I had my favorite lemon pepper wings with some tots and a beer.. They were delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had a BWW!My order was wrong and sent back twice. Received a 3rd time still wrong, keep it because I was hungry.My daughters order didn’t come out for 45 minutes after we were all done with our food. Manager was to busy to come talk to me but the restaurant was not even packed. Not even worth a star. Choose a different location.
