Came here for the first time and tried the burger with pineapple. The food tasted decent, a little pricey for what you get. Real issue was with the customer service.I was the only customer there and inquired on my order as it was over 15 mins and I had only ordered the burger. The older gentleman told me 5 more mins and started arguing how it was only 10 mins and burgers take 15 mins to cook.In no world does a burger take 15 mins to grill and a business should never argue with a customer waiting on a purchased product.
Very bad service the cashier has a big attitude shes rude she should not work there I ask for a spoon a she say o wait a she took 5 minutes to give to me a I ask her she need to be more polite with customers she anwer me I dont care the owner dont care ither shes rude I wont ever go again there .. iven my family . hope the owner read this ...is a lady with black hair ?
Was looking forward to try a new place "Aloha BBQ". Not Impressed with service and food. Ordered the family meal. All the meat was very thinly sliced as if we were going to make sandwiches. Chicken was chewy, fatty ( didn't think that was possible), and lots of tendons and cartilage left in it. Potstickers were over cooked and dry. Ordered online 40+ mins before order was to be picked up at 6pm and wasn't ready until 6:15pm only gave us (1) 1oz bbq sauce for a family meal. Not very friendly counter person. Probably not going to go back here.
Mediocre. I actually think it used to be better or maybe I’ve just been to better Hawaiian restaurants lately and now it just tastes so bland.
They never have their pickup orders ready. When I go for pickup, there's always this cop out excuse that their system was down or something. And then the staff doesn't care enough to handle it.Better to go to L&L Hawaiian BBQ down the block

The Aloha welcome was an absolutely unfriendly lady. The most expesive food on the menu did not impress.Find a place with a true Aloha Ohana spirit.
The Shaved Ice is amazing!!! Huge portion. The people working were very friendly. Definitely looking forward to going back.
