Great experience here, staff wonderfully helpful. Baked goods were excellent! Highly recommend.
Great empanadas, Ube pandesal bread. Lots of good food. And prices are reasonable. Found a place to buy my ube pandesal that doesn't cost $1 a piece.
My wife and I ordered some Empanada for Thanksgiving and we visited this bakery for the first time. Our first impression was the place was very clean and products displayed were pleasing to our eyes. But what is more important were the services given to us by CJ and Karlos. These two young man helped us and it seemed as though, they enjoy helping. CJ & Karlos, many thanks for your service. If you like Filipino food or wondering what Filipino foods taste like, we recommend you try Luisa.
Judging from the comments from many people that have had a bad experience, I don't think I'd want to come here at all.Rudeness shouldn't be tolerated, customers patronize your business, you should be glad you have them.
Pity service and strongly disappointed in the service. I called them to make a Malabon which they first agreed to. They asked for my credit card details but I told them I did not feel comfortable sharing my credit card details as I was in public and that I’d call them back in 20 minutes and then hung up. They called me back and told me they were unable to accommodate my order and when I asked why, she said “because the cashier told me so.” Obviously, that wasn’t an adequate answer as a customer as we just spoke and she told me that she can fulfill the order but all she gave me was a flat, “the cashier told me so.”She then proceeded to tell me that it’s because it’s Sunday and they close at 5pm and they have a policy where they can only accept orders over the phone. It was Saturday when I called and then she said “oh, well then it’s 6pm but even though, we can’t do it for you.”I can understand if the kitchen was unable to make it because it was a last minute order, (I’d give them a 4.5 hour notice) but for them to just flatly tell me “the cashier told me so” and then proceed to word vomit anything but the truth to me is unprofessional and extremely confusing as she told me 30 seconds earlier that they would be able to make the order for me.
The 2nd best Pancit Malabon in California after Manila Sunset in San Diego!
Famous for their Empanada's and true to their signature. They have chicken and beef (ground) empanada made fresh daily (fresh daily - at least that's what I was told). The empanada bread is flaky enough to hold the meat inside and it's not soggy. They also have other stuff made like Turon (check the hours for Turon) hopia, pancit, rice cakes, and other breads. It's just too far from my area but always buy whenever I visit the area. No place to eat in the store. They can also make tray orders for catering.
Great baked goods!
I liked nilupak, ube halaya and pansit malabon. but their flan is not good. texture is hard not like custard
First time coming here. Got a power bread and a blueberry strudel. They look delicious! Staff were great as well! I'd highly recommend.
