can’t go wrong with this place. this place is really good if you prefer less sweet milk tea, and want more of a focus on the tea flavor itself. regardless, you can’t go wrong especially with their price, super good value.they’ve been here for years, and it makes sense.

Good spot for tea flavors. I had the Strawberry Teaser (pretty much a strawberry slushie). I got half sweet, since I am not a big sweets fan, but it is still rather sweet. I'll probably get it on the lower side next time. It has a huge variety of teas if you just want to purchase tea leaves. There is a happy hour from 4 PM to 6PM. So if you ever craving, try to go during those times.
We've been going here for years since it added the Boba tea business. Good quality strong tea that will guarantee to keep you up throughout the day. The owner is very nice gives out candy to my little girl every time we visit. Highly recommended.

This place is totally overrated. Only price is ok but drink taste really bad. I went there after reviewing the stars but very disappointed!

I haven't returned in ages but the tea quality is still consitent. There is no longer lychee jelly in all the milk green teas like there used to be in 2014. The boba was a little less for a large drink. The price is still on the low end here at $4.75 for a large compared to other places charging $6 to $7 for a large drink.

Ten Ren's tea is my favorite. This time I got the classic black milk tea with pearls ($4.75). Their drinks are reasonably priced (under $5 mostly which is good in this area). I didn't enjoy the boba that much, I found them a bit too chewy for my taste but not bad!COVID visit- they have hand sanitizer and social distancing and capacity limiting is enforced. You can pay with credit card, they have a $7 minimum else there's a $0.50 extra fee. They also still take cash which isn't very contact less.Overall I love Ten Ren's tea- their milk tea is made with very high quality tea and always tastes really good.
