This place is a hit or a miss, but from the few times i've been there 50% the drinks weren't up to quality. My first time trying their place out, I requested a Taro-based drink from their menu. What I got was some chocolate flavored milk tea with powder bits. Today, I went for a plain green tea, and realized as I was driving home that the tea wasn't prepared properly if its this bitter as if the tea was steeped over time with super hot scalding water and cooled overnight, it was undrinkable. I don't recommend going there for the drinks, but if its ambience, they've got a nice place.
While I was speaking to the young boy that makes the drinks he grabbed a plastic cup and placed (the top part of the cup) on his head. I was hoping he would throw that one away, but he then proceeds to serve my drink in that cup. While he made the drink I also saw him grab the spoon with what he uses to pour in the ingredients and scooped some of the smoothie to take a taste of it. Never coming back to this place.
Very expensive for the size compared to other boba tea houses. Two teen workers there were way too casual and unprofessional. When inquiring about their specialty drink, the tan-skinned girl rolled her eyes, so rude! That's why we came out without buying. Not coming back and don't recommend.
I can’t describe how nice the ambiance of this place is. The music is good along with the changing lights which is way better in person than in the pictures as it doesn’t capture the different colors of the light. It’s a cool place to hang out with. Their location should also be updated as it’s now located nearby the Korea Garden. But most of all, their drinks are sooo delicious. Love this place.
This is a horrible place they said no to service me personally and also took very long to make one drink took like 10 min not all of the drinks are on the online menu and drinks are really sweet go at your own risk.
The young lady in the cashier doesn't have a manner. She has poor customer service. She seemed not enjoying her job. The whole time we were there they were loud talking to each other. They need training before starting their job. Doesn't care about their customer. Although, their drinks are really good but too expensive one regular drink cost $8.19 compared to other Tea Zen Tea. But at least make the customer feeling served a good service.
Absolutely amazing drinks. Will definitely go again atleast a million times. One of the best bubble tea places I’ve ever been to.
I’m a regular at this place, and there are so many good things to say! The staff are friendly and the drinks are good. The place itself is super pretty, and the chairs are comfy so it’s a great place to hang out. It’s also really convenient that they are open late :D Their impossible fries is my favorite thing on the snack menu!The only thing is that if you ask to have your drink with no ice, they might not be able to fill the cup up all the way, which is to be expected since I figure they usually consider the ice level when they make their drinks.
Drinks are really good and are high quality. Service was good and prompt. Place is clean with cute decor definitely recommend for boba!
Great customer service I had no problems going here. I really love the decorations inside and I loved the strawberry matcha latte. 10/10 would recommend.
