This Taco Bell is near where I'm staying at so I can appreciate the location AWAY from the busier parts by the mall. As a part time vegetarian TB never fails to provide. I used to work at TB so I'm very familiar with the register and how you can substitute beans for beef and the options for "refried beans" or "Black beans" which is my usual preference or "easy meat" when I order I go for a crispy taco with "easy black beans instead of meat" most TB act clueless to what I'm asking for or overwhelm my crispy taco with soggy un-drained black beans which breaks my taco up at the bottom. However this location executes it perfectly. The right amount of ingredients paired with speed and great customer service is the reason why when all else fails I come to TB. Period. Both the drive-thru and walk in are swift. The store is well kept and clean and falls into COVID guidelines. Good job guys!!!
Half of my order items were missing. I ordered for pickup the package was sealed and i checked the receipt on it has all the items listed. When I opened the bag at home half of the items worth $14 were missing. And already paid for it.And when I tried calling them no one is picking up the phone.
Food was good, they just messed up or order and my girlfriend wasn't too happy.
I ordered just 2 bags of chips and dipping cheese and 2 medium drinks online. Went to the restaurant when it was time for pickup and waited for another 30 minutes. Tried to talk to someone. No one helped me. they just acted like they didn’t see me. I got ignored so many times so I got in my car and drove through the drive thru and told them that I ordered online. The lady seemed surprised that she saw me in the drive thru after ignoring me for 30 minutes. Finally got my order. I don’t blame them if they didn’t get my order but at least just help. They saw me waiting for so long and asking for help but all they did was ignore me. I’m pretty sure there were more than 5 customers that ordered in the store and left before me. Terrible customer service. Almost an hour just for 2 bags of chips with 2 containers of dipping cheese and 2 sodas is unacceptable.
Worst Taco Bell experience ever, they constantly get orders wrong, their drive-thru screen doesn’t work, the drive-thru attendant mumbles your orders, they give you very few sauces for an order, they burn instead of grill crunchwrapsAvoid this and go to Park Victoria TB instead
Literally asked for the easiest order in the world. A chicken quesadilla, lightly grilled with no jalapeño sauce. They've just messed this up TWICE in a ROW! How do you mess up an order that ACTUALLY EASIER to make than usual?!? Less time cooking it and less ingredients.... Also, this Is like the 20th time this has happened, I'm no longer going back to this location, even though it's the closest to my home. This staff is either deaf or asleep. Thanks for the waste of time, money and gas. Great Job ?
I'm a big Taco Bell fan and eat it quite often throughout the week the only thing I would say is if you order anything with beans in it ask them if it's fresh cuz my burrito was rediculosly dry cuz of brains were dry
Decent food chain which has some vegetarian options and is available everywhere. I always order My cravings box combo (substitute it with veg options) black bean chalupa and black bean burrito with a side of cheesy fiesta potatoes. These are a few decent vegetarian options. Will advise to always check (open every item and check the filling) your order before leaving to ensure it’s veg.

Why the supreme tacos always so small? It's not as big as it used to be. Other than that the service and the place is nice. I eat tacos because I want to be full... But the price gets higher and the food gets smaller as recently.. Even the menu photo is deceptive.. Supreme burrito is like a mini in actual burrito. I think this change is consistent across other stores.
