No sporadic options, the Indian waiter in the store was very rude, told me that I couldn't use the coupon, my English is not good, I took out my phone and used google translate, but he immediately took back the sign that the discount can't be used, and I told him immediately I'm not taking pictures, but he doesn't understand, and he's not wearing a mask as a clerk!

The cashier double charged us, saying the first transaction failed, while on the cash register it showed as approved and my card was billed twice.Not sure it was snafu with the credit card company or it was intentional. I tried to call later and the cashier was very rude and uncooperative instead of offering help to fix their billing.One-star for the level of respect for their customers.

Poor customer service, little kid making sandwiches is lost, raising his voice for not reason at all, too bad as he is the image of the deli, that is what drives customers away,

I dont recommend this particular location.Subs are mostly cold (even though it was suppose to be hot).Its not as good as in another location. Just yesterday I got something bitter in my sub! I had to throw it away to a garbage!Im not coming back

What can get wrong with a subway. All fresh all good. Bread not always the freshest, but when toasted it make things Good. Not sure what I would do without subway.

Worst customer service … not recommend

I worked for subway for years and know perfectly how things work. Ive been coming to this place lately but after ordering wraps a couple of times I’m kind pf dissatisfied of the service. I’ve noticed they put less meat on your wrap and I got tired of it so I decided to confront the lady and told her I was once a employee for subway and know the exact amount of meat a wrap has, she gave me a disgusting attitude. Before me there was another customer and was treated with attitude as well. And right in front of you they start speaking in their language to criticize Im 100% sure. They need no be educated on how to treat customers

I got there and the place looked abandoned. There was nobody behind the counter, shelves were empty, and no closed signs or anything. I drove there for nothing.
