Bread was not fresh, very tough.
Ordered online on 3/5/22 but they couldn’t find my order. The employee started digging through the garbage to look for my receipt. Once she found it, she said she gave my order to someone else.She placed the receipt right on the working area and started making my sandwich again. For the whole time, she continued to touch the receipt while grabbing ingredients to make my sandwich and next customer’s salad. Needless to say the entire counter and the food ingredients are all contaminated.It’s disgusting and a clear violation of health code. You simply cannot be going through the garbage and immediately started working again without washing hands, let alone placing something from the garbage can on the working area.
I ordered a sandwich that was a footlong. The bill which includes coupon was $6.53. I gave her a $10 bill and 53 cents in 3 Pennys and 50 cent piece. She looked at the 50 cent coin on both sides and went into the back and talked to I assume a manager and came out and told me they will not accept the coin. I asked her why and she repeated it. I told her it is a legal coin I got in change from the store and she has to accept legal money. They use a standard cash register. The manager hid in the kitchen and refused to come out. I cannot find the receipt which has the 5 digit store number and how to contact Subway or I would. Bad service at this store

Don’t buy from this store!!! I ordered a steak&cheese footlong online and picked up. Only a tiny amount of beef inside, with a little vegetables. Absolutely the smallest sub I have seen for years! Wish I could give a zero star
Great service. I was greeted by the employee and my order was ready when I got there as I ordered online ahead of time. My sandwich was ok. I put extra cheese in order but it wasn’t extra, onions and tomatoes tasted like they were not fresh and the bread was also not fresh.
No sanitizer, bathroom of clurse out of service due to pandemia. For a construction worker who must wash hands... just not the place...But that deserves 4 stars.1 star is cos the workers got upset at us for asking if they had any way to clean our hands... jajaja and practically send us to hell... not cool. Wont be back

Cashiers were rude. Lack of customer service skills.
Employees (are rude) and their Subway Website states that this Subway in Milpitas, on Landess Ave. opens at 7am weekdays (and it does not). I arrived this morning at 7am as another customer did and we saw an employee inside, but the door was locked. I called and the employee said they have always opened at 7:30a not 7:00a and that their website was wrong. Not good.
