Twice now I've ordered ahead during their stated business hours, only to find upon arrival that they locked the doors early to make you go through the drive through.The whole point of ordering ahead is to park, hop out, grab coffee, drive away. Not sit in a line of cars making their orders!The first time I had to cancel my order bc I would have been late to my destination. The second time it happened, I decided to write this review and never go back.

placed order for banana bread through starbucks app was actually in stock.qualified as 1 of 4 items for challenge. Courteous, helpful service.Team member asked if I wanted heated upwhen I drove up to window.good overall experience.wait in drive thru line not looking at all.
Spot I stop on my way for quick coffee. They are good.

Ready orders are piling up (as well as customers) they don’t call out when drinks are done and ready. Will not visit this location again
Long wait at drive-thru, my order of venti carmel macchiato with coconut milk extra hot had no carmel flavor and was not extra hot. Lemon cake tasted like raw flour, ended up not eating it.
Some great staff. However…Long line at drive thru so I went inside and the music was so loud the order process became a shouting match in order to correct the order 4 times. When I suggested they turn down the music (6:45 am) they dismissed me and then said next time they will turn down the music. That doesn’t help THIS TIME. They clearly are used to no one in the lobby and everyone lining up idling their engines for 5-10 minutes (climate change obviously not on their radar)
These guys are always out of stock. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that are constantly running low on stock. I use to work at Starbucks in college so I know this is unacceptable.
