I wish I would have gotten their names! The guy that helped me with my order and the barista that made my drink.. they were both wonderful!! Genuinely friendly. Order didn’t take long and the drink is DELICIOUS! I would come here every time bc of the service I had today. Too bad I don’t leave near here! But I just started working this way - so this is definitely my go to store when I’m out this way! Thank you so much !

I don't know what had happened to the customer service at starbucks but it is seriously the worst. If you order in person prepare to have your drinks made incorrectly and you don't even receive the correct baked items you ordered. What happened to the cashiers repeating your order back to you before paying? I had to ask twice for them to make sure they had my order correct, and even after verbally confirming my order which they messed up twice, they still managed to mess up my order. This has happened at multiple chains in the past couple of months. It is not a one off, this is simply terrible service.
