My brother bragged about this place and he couldn't wait to take us here for a family dinner. Came here to check in around 7:45 pm, and got seated around 8:20 pm on a Sunday night.By 8:30 pm our waiter informed us that the kitchen was closing soon for last dinner requests, even though we just got seated 10 minutes ago. We felt super rushed to order everything. On their website, they close at 10 pm on Sundays, so we thought we had more time. We talked with the manager, Austin, and he promised that the kitchen will stay open till 9:30 pm so we can have an enjoyable experience. By 9 pm, our waiter, Drew informed us that the kitchen could not do any more chicken karaage, which is not what the manager promised us. This was super disappointing to most of us, as we were really there for the chicken karaage.In addition, the employees started pouring BLEACH on the floor at 9 pm, right behind our table, so while we were trying to enjoy our food, STRONG BLEACH smells overtook our noses, therefore our tastebuds were skewed due to the strong-smelling bleach that we were smelling WHILE eating our food - spoiled the whole experience.What restaurant starts cleaning up and pours bleach on the floor while there are still tables with patrons eating? This was the very first time I've ever experienced this at ANY restaurant. While Austin and Drew did their best in serving us, I believe this falls on the management - you cannot start cleaning the restaurant while there are still patrons eating at your establishment. In addition, the Men's bathroom sink did not produce any water to wash your hands (was told by our party) and they did not have any signs letting customers know about this beforehand.

would recommend coming earlier in the evening. my friend came at 5:45pm on a weds and got seated right away. you get 1.5 hours to eat all you can! excellent quality meat and decent variety at the salad/noodle bar. sauces were good too. i wish they had some palette cleansers… like fruit or soft serve. that would be bomb. a fun dining experience for special occasions. like $28ish per person.
Good quality food from the buffet bar with plenty of seafood, shell, vegetable, and many others. broth is on the lighter side so if you dont like the dipping sauce style when you eat hot pot, this place not be it for you. I normally only order the beef cut only, but they have pork and chicken on the menu. highly recommend if you want good quality food at fair price in 2022!

We had a really good time here enjoying All you can eat! I had spicy miso soup and two of my friends got the original soup. Our table's heating device was quite slow to make the soup boil. However, with a little bit more time, we had no problem enjoying an endless array of meats and variable vegetables and sauces.Tip: first boil your vegetables first to make your soup taste more dynamic. Also the more you cook meat slices, the soup will taste better and better. Once you are about 80% full, go to the salad bar, get noodles, and eggs. Then, cook your noodles with eggs. It will be amazing.
Shabu Shabu restaurant in the Milpitas Ranch area. There is some wait time during lunch hours. Spacious seating arrangements. Each dinner has own hotpot, and picks up own items for the pot from a central station. The station has fish, mussels, shrimps, etc. There are varieties of veggies, noodles, vermicelli, etc. Dinner would order meat trays from waiters or waitresses. There are choices of beef, pork. Dinner can choose different type of broths for the pot.
