Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.We ordered our food at the same time and did not recieve our order for a long time. Even worse, one of the orders was just missed and we were ignored trying to get the attention of staff. Even after we did get their attention we were told to wait despite them messing up and waiter didn't even have the decency to apologize.Food was alright but honestly don't go here, there are better dosa places.

When you walk in you will instantly notice that most of the customers are from India. I tend to take this as a good sign. I absolutely love the dosa masala here but this time around I decided to try their South Indian Thali. Everything was very tasty and thank god the spice level was decent. I hate going to Indian restaurants that over do it in the spice level. Portions are quite generous and the staff is very nice, all though it’s primarily counter service. I’ve been coming here for a while now and don’t understand for the life of me how this place even has 3.5 stars. Maybe my standards are too low because I’ve never been to India and don’t know how the dosa is there. But for me this place is wonderful and seems pretty authentic. They say the coffee here is pretty good too. This is a must try!!!

It's my go to place for South Indian breakfast. Love the quality and size of dosas here. The sambar is delicious. The rava kesari is good too.Service wise, it's fast. !Only catch, you don't get dosa all day as the kitchen closes at 3 and reopens later in evening.

I really liked their tomato chutney. They serve some really amazing South Indian dishes. The quantity and taste is worth their prices.!

We ordered kaima idly and kothu parota, both items weee soggy and bad. If you have tasted Kaima idly in india which has crispy fried idlis mixed with onions, bell pepper and sauces, this one was just colored unfried idlis in a soggy sauce. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We also ordered mysore bonda which was not crispy or hot, it clearly tasted like microwaved and barely any flavor. I’m wondering what happened to their quality or have people adjusted to this poor quality.

Food was very good and service was quick.Onion Rava Dosa was on point, just like how you would get in an Saravana Bhavan in Chennai.

I love having onion rava masala dosa here. Sambar is amazing. But last time aloo masala that they gave in side was really bad.Raw potato was served.

Good south Indian food spread. We had Mysore bonda and Paper Dosa. Both were delicious. Dosa was crisp and perfectly fermented batter. Chutneys were good too. Due to pandemic was not very crowded. They followed good hygiene and mask mandate.

Delicious authentic south Indian cuisine restaurant. Do give Rava Masala Dosa a try if you visit the shop. Mini ghee idlis are another favorite at this spot

Had been to Saravana Bhavan after a long time and was totally disappointed with the service and quality today. I stopped visiting their Fremont branch after a bad incident ( Rightfully it was closed for more than a year due to hygiene issues) and will have to take the same stand for their Milpitas branch as well. Very average quality food ( Not sure if the management or the cooks had changed) and the person at the front desk was so cold and un-interested.
